Came out same day, and replaced my windscreen.
Great communication by email and WhatsApp and telephone. The engineer was efficient and did a good job.
Came out a little bit cheaper compared to other companies. Highly recommended.

The service from this Company was outstanding!! Windscreen was replaced with 48 hours at my home, communication was excellent throughout the process. The customer service advisor, Thinus, and the technician, Rhodri, were so polite and friendly, I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Eduardo was friendly, helpful, informative and efficient in dealing with the issue and prompt booking. Aaron came and installed the new windscreen. The service received from Fix Glass was exemplary! The customer service at the start (special shout out to Ridwan) was super friendly and helpful. Emails and messages were sent to ensure that all communication was effectively delivered and kept me fully updated throughout. Another shout out to James, who assured me that he would look after Derek (my Fiat 600 😁) whilst replacing the front windscreen (even though he doesn’t agree on naming cars, I’ll let him off as he did such a brilliant job!)
Derek was ready to drive within the 2 hour timeframe. As I’ve said above, superb service… friendly, fast, efficient, and reliable. Thank you so much! 😀

Absolutely amazing service from start to end. I got a call back within 30 mins of requesting a quote. The advisor went through all the details and gave me a quote and time the next day! Compared to other companies that i contacted they were the quickest by 5 days and the friendliest. When the person arrived to fit my windscreen he was friendly and thorough with his job, inspection and what we needed to do next. Highly recommend this company!
