Having had my car broken into they came the day after I contacted them and fitted a new widow so the car was secure.

Amazing company to deal with. I got fix.glass to fit and replace my windscreen in a 30 year Mitsubishi delica. I was initially worried it would be hard to locate 1 considering the age of the van, but not a problem at all. I actually could have got it fitted the day I put in for a quote which was absolutely amazing....but I had other things on...but a week later when I was available the man with a van with the windscreen appeared on time. His name was John and a very professional service, he was quick, tidied up after him and excellent customer service, he was an absolute star, if anyone knows windscreens John is your man. Absolutely outstanding service!!

It took just 2 hours from booking and paying online to the car window technician arriving, having collected the correct windscreen from the other side of London. He removed the old cracked windscreen and then cleaned and fitted the new one within an hour, taking care exactly as any vehicle owner would want - no sharp tools placed on paintwork, all electrical connections and interior panels re-fitted correctly etc. Overall a faultless service.

Fitted a new screen to our 30 year old campervan as there was a leak at the top of the screen and Auto Glass weren't interested in doing the job. Then very heavy rain came and there was still a leak though further along. Called to let them know and they were here the next day and re-installed the screen. Very polite and professional service and I cannot fault their quick response to address the issue. I would definitely recommend them.

The communication throughout was amazing. Unfortunately I couldn't phone a lot due to work but still communicating was great. Richard came and did my repair today. He was bubby and chatty all throughout. A lovely guy with lots of experience. Would highly recommend!
