High quality work and great service.
Fix Auto were very helpful during a stressful experience. My car was badly damaged, but the repair work was excellent. I received my car back in brilliant condition. They were happy to be flexible and deliver it to my work place. Which I am very grateful for. Would use again for any bodywork repairs.

My Car Was Well Looked After
I love my BMW 4 Series M Sport so when it was damaged by a cyclist when it was parked when I was not there really upset me. But Fix Auto took my car and made it better than when I had it before. Excellent service and staff are very nice and really look after you. Thank you for a great service.

Whilst it took a while to get my car…
Whilst it took a while to get my car booked in, once it was the service was first class. My car was collected from my house on time, the work was of an excellent standard and the car returned to me 3 days later. Unfortunately one of the letters from the name badge, that had fallen off in the accident, had not been re attached but that was a minor matter that I could rectify myself. I would have no hesitation recommending Fix Auto Chelmsford

First contacted Fix Auto in November…
First contacted Fix Auto in November 2021… they said they would order the part needed for my car and keep me updated.. I contacted them in January 2022 they advised part due anytime now and would contact me… contacted again in May they advised the part had arrived, no one had called, someone would call me back to book the car in, a week later still no call, called back told the same thing again with a promise this time, a week later I called back and refused to come off the phone until booked in, finally booked in and collected 29th July 8 months after initial contact….. however from the point of the car being collected (by very very pleasant driver) repair was perfect and car returned cleaned. Very happy with the work!

Simon the engineer was always very helpful whenever I telephoned for updates. The gentleman that picked my car up on the recovery vehicle was very very helpful, polite and informative , thank you x

It's all in the title "FixAuto"
My first contact with Fix Auto UK was with a charming lady called Megan who put me at my ease whilst I was trying to explain about the damage to my car. After an exchange of Emails- pictures and explanations my car was collected and I was given a curtesy car by a smartly dressed young man. My dealings with this company was amazing and informative though the work of Megan and Emma. Thank you for both of them. My car was returned in showroom condition by another two jovial gentlemen. All the work was done to an amazing standard and I am well pleased. Thank you all for your standard of work and care .

My BMW was taken to Fix Auto for…
My BMW was taken to Fix Auto for accident repair. After the assessment it was decided that it was not economical to repair and I decided to have the car back as it was. When I took the car home I realized that the PDC was not working. This was not affected by the accident and was working before the car went to Fix Auto. I guess it must have been disconnected during the assessment.
I hope after this feedback I get a call to take the car back and have it reconnected.
Apart from this I found the staff very friendly and communicative.
After reading the reply from Fix Auto below, I think it is unfair for them not to return my car in the condition they received it. I rely heavily on my car and have a busy schedule. With the superficial damage caused I may decide to keep the car as it is, therefore very respectfully request that Fix Auto to reconnect my PDC which is not going to going to take long for a professional establishment like and can be done while I wait. Thank you.

Thank you for your review, as part of the process to assess your car we had to remove the bumper to allow access to the damage so we could accurately assess what was required, once this was done and the insurance company had deemed the vehicle a total loss we reattached the bumper as best as possible but this purely so that when the salvage agent collects the vehicle all the parts are with the car that they have been instructed to collect. In your circumstances you have decided to retain the salvage and in effect purchased it back from the insurance company to get it repaired at your cost, when this work is being carried out at this point your repair company can reconnect the sensors or replace if required. If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to call us.
