Just hope your car doesn’t end up here
Over three weeks for basic repair. One week to receive courtesy car. Zero communication. Please choose elsewhere for peace of mind, efficiency and customer service.

Generally excellent service, fast response and speedy repairs. Very thorough - found a couple of issues with the car that hadn't been noticed before. The one small negative was with the interior door handle not working after repair, which was rectified promptly and without any extra effort on my part. This was an insurance repair so was not a particularly convenient location - but that's not their fault!
