Returned Car Unwashed and Fuel Use Expected
Had my car repaired recently with this company via my insurance company and they drove my car from home and returned it without adding the fuel used. My car was returned on unwashed with all the body works painting and filling inside my car; and the repaired section oily. Whereas you are required to refuelled their car otherwise you will have to pay penalties.

What a pleasure to deal with, I can't thank the team enough for making a horrible experience of an accident so painless . Referred to by my insurance company, Fix Auto contacted me, arranged to view my vehicle at a time convenient to me, then got my vehicle collected for repairs. No stress at all. Work was carried out perfectly to a very high standard. Thank you so much for being so polite, so helpful in answering all my questions and just genuinely lovely. Highly recommend.

I was sent to Fix Auto Petersfield by Motability after Hurricane Eunice decided to blow some roof tiles onto my car!
Everything was extremely friendly and professional, from the initial phone call right through to the collection of my car.

Top body work job
We had some body work that needed doing on our Audi Q5. Looked at the car with James and he took me through all the options. James did a great job the paintwork and car looks like new. Friendly efficient service. We would use Fix Auto again.

FixAuto provided an exemplary service in repairing my car. The staff were most helpful and friendly, very easy to contact and kept me fully informed as to progress. What is sometimes a stressful event turned into an “armchair ride”. I would recommend FixAuto unreservedly. Indeed they would be my company of choice for any further work, including servicing if FixAuto add that to their impressive skills.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service from this company. James and his team repaired damage to my car's passenger door and bumper in just 2 days and brought it back to showroom condition! Thoroughly delighted! All the team are friendly and efficient, its great to know where to take my car should I need this service again.
