Good overall. Only criticism is packing. Just wrapping a cardboard sleeve around a drill battery and then leaving it loose in a larger cardboard box isn't great, although it arrived unscathed.

Born from our 20,000sq/ft premises in Ashford, we come from a business group with over 30 years of experience distributing fixings and construction consumables to some of the largest national infrastructure projects of recent times. We even manufacture our own goods such as drill bits, cutting discs and screws!
Our customer base is diverse, ranging from DIY enthusiasts to professional builders, contractors, and tradespeople. We serve homeowners and individuals looking to tackle home improvement projects, as well as construction companies and businesses in need of bulk fixing supplies. Ask to review far to early
Viewed it on line,paid for it, now waiting for delivery on Tuesday.
That’s all i can say, this review form came in today a day after i placed the order, what else im I suppose to say.
These review companies should wait for a few weeks to give us a chance to use the products.

For the most part, we do offer free delivery for orders over £75 inc.VAT that are being delivered to postcodes classed as mainland UK. For areas outside of this our couriers carry a small additional charge, where unfortunately we would not be able to offer free delivery in these areas. Though I can see from your order reference that this would not have affected you.
We will continue to improve our wording and information regarding this for future customers, so thanks again for mentioning it in your feedback.

Beware these are scammers
Beware these are scammers. I bought an impact driver about a month ago. It still hasn't arrived. I tried to contact them to refund me, but they don't respond in any way. Be careful, I strongly do not recommend buying from them, they are scammers!!!
