Unflattering …
Customer service told me to send the damaged low quality pair of sandals to a cobler and have it repaired. All in all, Flattered should change their name to unflattering overpriced low quality shoe and their only solution is to ask me to send the pair to a cobler, for 175£, cant even sew the sole? You used low class glue. Ffs!

Our intention was to offer a practical and more sustainable solution through repair rather than replacement, though we fully understand that our recommendation did not meet your expectations.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the construction. Our sandals are not made with Goodyear welted construction, as this type of manufacturing would significantly increase the overall price point of the product. However, the glue should of course not come loose in this way, and we will share your feedback directly with our production team for further review.

Shoes are quite comfortable and good…
Shoes are quite comfortable and good quality. However, the company needs to perfect their return and refund process. I had to return two of my orders due to wrong size, and after the parcel been dispatched I never heard back from the company to say if they got the parcel back and when my order would be refunded. I had to chase them so they would proceeded with the refund. I am still waiting for one of my orders, posted on the 14th of April to be refunded. In my opinion customer service is as much important as offering great quality products. Hope they can fix it soon.

Be very careful when ordering
Be very careful when ordering. Ordered a clutch. It arrived and its incredibly small. The first image on the website of the clutch shows a black version. I looked at that and the information. Dimensions shows 14" wide. The wine colour is only 12" wide. I find that shady. Its a decent bag. You can get the exact bag in any town in Italy for 50 euros.

Love these Dylan loafers. Exactly what I’ve been searching for - a feminine comfortable loafer. These were comfortable from the first wear and didn’t require any wearing in. Leather appears high quality and supple.

First order: some issues, but handled well
In April I placed my first order with Flattered—got a pair of Jojo Leather shoes, the cleaning kit, and the leather protector.
The order didn’t ship right away because the leather protector was on pre-order, but there wasn’t any clear shipping date on the product page. That’s when I first contacted customer service. They replied quickly and were helpful, so that was a good start.
Once the order shipped, it arrived pretty fast, but unfortunately they sent the wrong pair of shoes, which was a bit disappointing. I reached out again and they sorted it out right away. Iry from customer care was super nice and really helpful throughout the process.
I haven’t worn the shoes yet, but they seem good quality and comfortable so far. Also really happy with the cleaning kit and the leather protector
