I ordered Freja Leather Black shoes for my trip to Portugal. I absolutely love the shoes and the quality feels amazing. The first order had a little bit of a production fault though but when I wrote to their customer service they responded within the same day and were very helpful and made sure my new pair of shoes arrived before the trip. I am impressed by their high quality service as I felt very prioritized! Highly recommended! ✨

Amazing service
Last year I bought the black clay clutch. During my last holiday the pin. The turnlock was gone, so the bag doesn’t close proberly anaymore. I reached out to Flattered. They replied very quick asked for some pictures, and told me the would sent a replacement bag. So very happy, within one week I received my new bag. Amazing service and very kind customer support.

Issue was sorted out
Disappointing.
I have reached out to customer service as the stitching on one of the shoes was uneven and made the skin crease in awkward way. Initially gotten a response, but then after sending another email I was completely ignored. I followed up again with another email, but still no response.
EDIT:
After I left the review customer service team reached out to me and helped with my enquiry. Turns out the system did not recognise my email and emails were missed. Issue I had was resolved quickly and everyone was very polite. I am pleased everything was sorted out. Thanks to Iry and Anne!

We are already in contact with both you and DSV regarding the shipment. According to the carrier, the package is currently available for pickup, and multiple notifications have been sent to the phone number that was provided with the order.

Two weeks waiting for nothing
I haven’t had a chance to experience the loafers I ordered because they were never delivered, and now I doubt they ever will, as they are no longer in stock. I’m giving one star for the company’s handling of situations like this.
I placed my order on 05.05.26, and by 08.05.26 the courier marked it as “out for delivery to a service point,” yet the parcel never reached its destination. After I requested an update, customer service informed me on 14.05.26 that the delivery agent had started an investigation, which would take another five working days. When I asked for the products to simply be resent while the company handled the lost shipment directly with the courier, I was told this was not possible due to company policy, since the parcel had not yet been officially confirmed as lost or undelivered.
This is extremely frustrating. Any brand that genuinely cares about its customers would investigate the issue without placing the burden on the customer and would simply resend the order. Instead, after waiting more than two weeks since placing my order, the item is now out of stock, meaning that even once the shipment is eventually confirmed as lost, I still won’t receive the products I ordered.
Another irritating point is that I have now received an automated message asking for feedback on the product and my experience. Honestly, this feels like a joke. At the very least, your system should ensure that these automated messages are only sent once an order has actually been confirmed as delivered.
