Facket på insidan är dock väldigt grunt så man får inte plats med plånbok och telefon. Spännet för att stänga till väskan är också placerad så om du ska stänga facket så lägger den sig i vägen för dragkedjan. Behöver alltid ha med en annan handväska för alla privata grejer då det är en helt öppen väska.
Fin väska men detaljerna brister.
Skulle inte köpt den igen med den info jag vet nu.

Appalling customer service – still waiting for my refu
Absolutely appalling customer service from Flattered.com. You cannot speak to a real person, emails go unanswered, and there seems to be no accountability whatsoever when something goes wrong.
I am still waiting for my refund, and instead of resolving the issue, I have been accused of marking the boots. My money is being held onto, and I am left chasing a company that refuses to communicate or provide a satisfactory resolution.
It is completely unacceptable to treat customers this way. If there is a problem, the least a company should do is respond to emails, communicate properly, and deal with refunds fairly and professionally.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend Flattered.com based on the customer service I have received. A company should not make it this difficult for customers to get their own money back.
Avoid unless you want the stress of chasing your money and being ignored.

You reached out to us via live chat today, where you spoke directly with a member of our customer service team. Therefore, it is not accurate to say that you have been unable to speak to a real person or that your concerns have been ignored.
Regarding your refund, you did not report the faulty item or submit a claim to us. Instead, you sent the item back as a regular return, meaning it follows our standard return process and refund timeline. Had the issue been reported as a claim, our team would have been able to review it and assist you accordingly.
Your return is still in transit and has not yet reached us. However, I can see that my colleague has since assisted you and made an exception by processing your refund before receiving the return.
We understand that these situations can be frustrating, but we also believe that respectful communication goes both ways. Our team is always here to help and find solutions, and we do ask that they are treated with the same respect they extend to our customers.

Fick hjälp i butiken med storlek när jag aktivt frågade. Annars satt butiksbiträdet ner på en sol bakom kassan och stirra in i en skärm. Önskade att hon hade frågat mig om hjälp istället. Så inte super säljare direkt.

Very happy with my shoes. Delivery was much faster than I had been advised.
As half sizes are not available, I bought a size smaller and they were perfect for me. Good quality (and stylish) and good value for money, which is important.

Exceptional customer service
What started as a disappointing experience turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
There was an issue with the original pair of loafers I received and I contacted Flattered because I also needed a different size. From that moment on, Iry from Customer Relations handled everything absolutely exceptionally.
She immediately understood the situation and, knowing that I needed the shoes for a weekend trip, arranged for a brand-new pair in size 40 to be sent to me straight away, without making me wait for the original pair to be returned first. The new shoes arrived in time, fit perfectly, and I absolutely love them.
What impressed me most was the personal care, speed and genuine willingness to make things right. I never felt like I was dealing with a standard customer-service procedure — I felt that someone had actually taken responsibility for my problem and wanted to solve it for me.
Mistakes can happen with any brand. For me, what really defines a company is how it responds when something goes wrong. Flattered handled this beautifully and completely restored my confidence in the brand.
A huge thank you to Iry in particular! — you turned a very unhappy customer into a very happy and loyal one. Five stars, absolutely deserved.
