Truly an outstanding experience with the Flic team, especially Uzoma. Everything was resolved in the shortest possible time and in the best way for me as a user of Flic products. Other companies should send their teams to Flic for training!

The flic button is one of those products that conceals its sophistication behind a simple, direct user interface that doesn't waste my time or distract me from what I am doing (playing a bass trombone) which requires I keep both hands on the instrument. I can turn the page on my digital music forward or backward by a single or double click.

Setup was not quite as obvious as maybe it could be, because my musician software (MobileSheets) makes use of the Universal mode of the Flic 2 to simulate foot pedal presses. MobileSheets leads you through that once the flic is properly set up. Once you are finished with telling the software what to do on your tablet, you only need find a suitable mount point on your instrument. I found a refurb Samsung Galaxy 8 Ultra 14" tablet that suited my needs, and mounted the flic to my trombone using flic's inexpensive metal clip and a slide grip from Jay Wise.

Dies ist ein vorbildliches Geschäftsverhalten und leider oft nicht üblich. Darüberhinaus ist es noch nicht einmal das Verschulden von flic gewesen. Wer ein gutes Produkt anbietet und für den Kunden ohne Wenn und Aber oder anderen Einschränkungen bei Auftreten von Problemen unkompliziert löst, hat meinen allergrößten Respekt.

The flic has made my experience as a trumpet player graduate to a next level. The hardest thing about changing my pages now is that I do not need to put down my horn between song selections. One press of the flic and I'm ready to play, immediately. Not having to deal with pages and pages of sheet music, cloths pins, plastic sheets to hold down music, or even teaching up to the iPad to change to the next page... it all adds up to a better. More relaxing experience. The music wins out.

Emil from the Flic-Team "made my day" for several times now. With the introduction of a new Philips Hue Bridge Pro the flic-hub could not connect anymore. Emil helped me in one day to get it up-and-running anyway and after a week he wrote ne the good news that the new Hue bridge is supported now. Top-service, thank you!

The Flic button was just the product I needed for my purpose (turning all my lamps on in the evening), and when I couldn't get it set up properly at first I was impressed with the great customer service that solved my problem in hours. Thanks!

Unfortunately, one of my purchases was missing from my order. After I asked them about this, they responded quickly and sincerely apologized, and sent a compensated item so fast.

I've got a Flic Hub and a few of the buttons a couple of months ago and to be honest it's one of the best smart home purchases I've made so far, at the first it gets a bit frustrated and it takes time to get used to it, as it can take time until you figure out that it has to be connected to the power first to identity on your Flic App, at least this is what happened to me. If you are no techy person, you might be a bit struggle but nothing that the instructions and youtube videos os blogs can help you to understand if you can't figure out like myself. My wife and I were getting tired of having to pull out our phones or even yelling at a smart speaker just to turn on the lights or start a music playlist, specially Alexa that depending the version you get it can be a bit frustrating. We needed a simple, physical solution and we saw this happening with Flix system/solution.

The setup was surprisingly easy as well the hub which is small comes from a discreet box and hte buttons themselves are not so big, smaller than your hand if you get a small hands - The adhesive in the bakc is useful and reusable so I was able to stick them to the wall next to light switch so it can make it easied to use and to the side of our coffee table as well.

Some issues can happen if you don't have the right bulb we had to buy some as the ones we had was not compatible with it.

Flic button is a quality device that enables a lot of possibilities within your projects. Every cent paid is worth it.
The customer assistance is also excellent, they helped me solve an integration problem within few days. Keep it going!

Got these for my Amazon lights and dots as seen it on websites for new gadgets. So effective and the size is brilliant and did take a few times to get hold of of but on the end had the lights inside and out and all other smart gadgets working so easy

I'm genuinely impressed with the Flic Hub Mini + Twist. It has elegantly solved my desire for simple, physical controls in an increasingly app-driven smart home. Setup was straightforward for basic commands, and within about 15 minutes I had it integrated into my evening routine.

The Twist dial is the star of the show. There’s something incredibly satisfying about physically turning it to dim the living room lights or adjust the music volume. It’s intuitive, responsive, and just feels right. The reliability is what makes this a truly practical device rather than just a novelty.

The only reason I’m holding back a fifth star is that the app for advanced programming can be a bit dense. Setting up a simple "press to turn on" is a easy, but creating more complex routines with multiple steps takes a bit of a learning curve. It’s all there, but the interface for power users could be a little more streamlined.

That’s a minor issue, overall, this is a fantastic piece of kit that has genuinely improved how I interact with my home. It’s an easy recommendation for anyone looking to add a layer of tactile convenience to their setup.

To be fair, I enjoy the product from flic, it's something I haven't seen or used before and figured definitely worth the try. When I received the products (Flic twist and flic hub), I found very easy to install, and the look and appeal of the devices were great, but I suddenly felt a little let down when I realised that most of my IoT,'s and TV and lights were not usable for the Flic eco system. I managed to work around for some parts. I e using my Samsung hub and Smart things. But I feel am missing out on the Twist features and what they could really do. I even have Matter enabled devices, but not the right type.

I really wanted to like the Flic & Twist, but unfortunately, the setup process was far from straightforward. I followed the instructions and watched several tutorials, but unless you have the exact compatible equipment, it simply won’t connect, especially frustrating as it refuses to connect to Apple devices.

The device itself is small, sleek, and compact, and I can definitely see the potential for it to be a great addition to a smart home setup. However, the lack of user-friendliness really lets it down. For a product that could be incredibly useful, the onboarding experience makes it difficult to get started, and I think that’s where the biggest issue lies.

I ordered the Flic Hub and the Flic Twist to control some of my home devices, such as the lights, some of my appliances, or simply to easily find my phones.
The first thing that impressed me was the ease of installation, but also the simplicity of using the Flic button controls. Of course, it's a gadget, and a very stylish one at that, but if you like to simplify your life, these products will appeal to you.
You can control your lights, your connected speakers, and many other products that I don't own yet ^^
The product comes with two batteries that have a very long life (apparently a duration of two years, let's see!).
The Flic Twist can be placed or stuck anywhere in the house, as long as it's connected to Wi-Fi.
In short, it's a product that I highly recommend, whether for its design, its ease of use, or its effectiveness.

The patience and knowledge was super. The response was quick and clear, even to a non-techie. I was impressed by the team's obvious concern that the customer should be helped. I got a brilliant result from the training I received.

I'd like to give this a good review as i like the concept, i like being able to control my home, lights, sockets etc but i simply wasn't able to. The app for flic is fine, easy to use but i don't know whether its the product itself or the app but no matter what i tried, i just couldn't connect to the hub easily, when i finally managed to get it connected the connection was average at best and continually dropped out

A very quick and easy process from ordering to setting up, have used two buttons and a wristband to give reassurance to an elderly relative.
The system is working perfectly (using the IFTTT free app).
Easy to set up, easy to use and when I did have a query, I sent flic a message and had a speedy response and they were very supportive and helpful.
Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future

As a premium product that costs around 100 gbp for a switch and a hub, it's connectivity is quite terrible. Doesn't integrate directly with Google Home, my lightbulb, which was matter enabled worked, but it had to be done through the lightbulb app not through google home.

I don't think this product justifies the 100gbp price mark, definitely an overpriced product for what it offers.
