I purchased the Flic Hub Mini along with the Flic Twist as I am always looking to add to my smart home set up, and I had high expectations for these products. They look great with the Flic Hub Mini a great size, nice and compact so does not take up a lot of room at all.
It was very easy to get set up and connected together with the Flic Twist and to my phone, but I unfortunately despite was I read online, it does not easily connect and work with Google home, which is my main smart home device. So whilst I am unable to fully connect this to my smart home currently, I hope for developments in the future so that I can include it.

I ordered a few items @ flic. In the delivery somethin had gone wrong and I only received half of the shipment. When I contacted Flix (Uzoma) I got full support and the problem was quickly resolved, with respect for my situation.

The items I bought are doing great. I bought some flic Twist smart dimmers, mostly to control my Sonos volumes. This item has way more functionality than I expected, so I ordered a few more :-) It can connect with most Home automation devices either directly or indirectrly (fe via Homey).

It is easy to set up and perfect size to be placed anywhere at home. I have connected some of my devices and controlls worked very well.

The product is excellent. Small size, very responsive. I faced some issues with the installation but the support from the company was amazing. They helped me resolve it very quickly

This was the dream, having used a previous make for my smart devices it needed an upgrade. This hub was so easy to set up, looks amazing and links my devices in one place easily to be used with the switch.

I am not tech savvy so this was pleasantly surprising and easy to set up. I am absolutely impressed that I can use it in my house since it’s a 5000 sq ft home. I love how it makes my experiences easier and more streamlined for me to control! I will absolutely be adding more! I got the white color since it blends with the walls better. This is a great idea for easy install and just being able to update your already installed systems!

I ordered a flic pro kit with a twist and a bunch of buttons and stickers and adhesive packs but the package was stolen after it arrived!

Undeterred, I re-ordered new buttons and a hub, and I'm so glad I did! I used the flic buttons to make it easier to queue up my favorite playlists on my Sonos system and easily adjust the volume from my fridge! I also just picked up some low-cost matter compatible smart-outlets so I can turn on the coffee machine in the morning without getting out of bed!

I'm really excited to see what else I can do with this flic system, and might go buy some smart light bulbs and other compatible gadgets! Really impressed with the range of the long range hub!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Hub Mini! Setting it up and using it with all my smart devices is incredibly easy. The Flic Button and Flic Twist are absolute game-changers, allowing me to control everything with just a tap or a twist.

This compact and sleek hub is a true powerhouse! It works flawlessly, and I’ve found that I’ve reduced the number of voice commands and app switches I need to make.

If you’re looking to streamline your smart home setup, I highly recommend the Hub Mini.

I was looking for a faster responding, dependable button for my smart home. Even though it is more expensive than most of the competition I took a chance on Flic because I liked that it has direct integration with Sonos and Hue. Having HomeKit integration is also a plus which allows for more advanced integration when needed.

When I first set it up I was underwhelmed and frustrated with slow response from the Hue integration and what seemed to be a lack of tutorials and support.

After working with it I found that the slow response was not a Flic issue. My Hue hub was in a poor location. Once I moved it the Flic button was almost instantaneous much like an on wall light switch.

With that solved I moved on to my Sonos. Integration was easy and again operated almost instantaneously but I wanted to set up a sleep timer and couldn’t figure it out. I went to the Flic support website and went through what seems to be a overly fancy questionnaire thinking it would connect me with a support person but it just says that you will get a response to your inquiring via email.

This left me thinking they must have slow, poor support but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I received a response email very quickly with a basic answer but they needed more details to give the best response. Once I sent more details I was amazed to receive a video tutorial showing exactly how to achieve my goal. I couldn’t have asked for better.

Ultimately, for me Flic has turned out to be the best and fastest responding smart buttons I own. I will be adding more Flic buttons to my smart home very soon.

As a developer myself, I've really enjoyed the flexibility and programmability of the Flic buttons and (as of a recent beta update) the Flic Twists as well. I ran into a bug while trying out the new features and was very happy with the quick response and communications I received from the support team. They got a new version of the app out in just a few days from my initial report (and most of the waiting was due to the weekend and Google)

I bought a pack of Flic and the hub LR to use with my HomeKit accessories. I had an issue setting up one of the buttons and reached out to support and they were fantastic with their help. So far I am absolutely loving my buttons and find it such a good way to interface with HomeKit. Highly recommended as a physical solution to trigger smart home products and scenes.

I raised a support request with Flic recently due to a couple of Flic2 buttons no longer working. After support guiding me through potential causes I was very pleased when they confirmed that they would replace my Flic buttons. I can confirm the new buttons are up and running successfully after I received them very promptly.

Very impressed by the level of support I received from Flic.

The Flic Hub Mini is a small device to manage your Flic Twist controllers, with which you can integrate and control your smart enabled devices.
This device is pretty small and can be attached underneath your desk or hidden behind switch boards. You setup once and forget that it even existed.
This is a mandatory device if you want to use Flic Twist controller. Without this hub Flic buttons or twist wont work.
Setting up Flic hub mini was pretty straight forward, you need to download the app from Google Play store (Andriod) or Apple App store (iPhone) then turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and follow the steps. Setup was easy and allows you to add your Flic Twist or button functions.
This device supports Matter enabled smart home devices, Alexa, Ikea home integration. If you are mostly Google smart home connected user then stay away from this device. Wish this device supported more platforms. With the ease of touch functions at your desk or wall mounted, it would have unlocked more usable possibilities with more platform support/integration.

I ordered the flic hub mini to get my experience started with Flic and boy am I impressed! First off it's tiny! Way smaller than any other "hub" out there and you can hide it away anywhere. Second, it took nearly no time to get it set up in the app. I am on my way to getting all sorts of flic buttons and other accessories set up to activate my lights and smart routines and so much more. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to add easy to use buttons to their home, this mini hub is the first step!

The Flic Hub Mini is a compelling option for users who are already invested in Flic buttons or are looking for a simple, tactile way to control their smart home devices without always reaching for their phone or using voice commands. Its affordability, speed, and Matter support make it an attractive entry-level hub.

It's particularly well-suited for individuals or families in smaller to medium-sized living spaces who don't require Apple HomeKit integration and can live without the advanced hardware features of its bigger sibling, the Hub LR. The primary benefit is making your Flic buttons a more reliable and accessible part of your smart home for everyone.

However, if rock-solid reliability is paramount, you have a very large or complex home environment, or Apple HomeKit support is a must-have, then investing in the Flic Hub LR might be a more prudent choice, despite the higher cost. Potential buyers should also be prepared for a bit of tinkering if they run into connectivity hiccups, as seems to be a recurring theme in some user experiences.

I'll start with the Hub Mini because it is the driver of our excitement towards the Flic products. With the hub mini you no longer need a phone connected to use the Twist or the buttons.

Our oldest child is non-verbal and was left out of the ability to communicate with our Smart Home devices...until now. The Flic Twist has opened up multiple opportunities for him to now control most everything including Routines on our Amazon Echo devices.

Set up was easy and straight forward. Not to mentioned changing after setup, was just as easy. Although we haven't yet I do believe that he will be able to make changes on his own via the app.

We only have one Matter connected device but with the Flic Hub, Twist and Buttons we will be seeking out some additional Matter products since that is the upcoming tech. Therefore making the Flic products future proof for quite some time and worth the investment for us.

Ordered 2 Flic buttons for my sons to use with their iPads for turning music pages. They are a great help and make reading/performing so much more efficient. The team at Flic was a great help during the ordering process. Since I ordered one white and one black they were scheduled to come at different times. I found that I needed a metal clip after I’d ordered the buttons and they were incredibly helpful consolidating the orders and getting them to me as quickly as possible. Great experience, great products.
