Flights cancelled by airline told I am entitled to refund but 9 months later still waiting . They seem to have a modus operandi and tell everyone the same b**lshi* do not use under any circumstances fraudsters and thieves . Should be banned 🚫 from trading at all
Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet! On a 3 leg flight from London to Auckland the airline has cancelled the middle flight. For about 8 weeks now we have beim trying to resolve this. Normally the booking agent would be proactive and offer an alternative but this has not happened. We have spent hours calling the airlines involved directly but they won’t make changes because these have to be requested by Flightnetwork.
Calling their customer service we have been cut off several times when the agent realised there is a bit of work Involved. Then a friendly voice (with a strong accent) assures us that the request has been escalated to the team and will be resolved in the next 3-5 days. I’ve now heard this 4 times taking us to 4 weeks of no further progress. The airline is telling me that the change we need can be made and they are happy to do so but Flightnetwork is not directing the request for us to the right place. Flightnetwork seem incompetent, don’t care and are not proactive and only reactive at best when the customers keeps pushing at great cost and effort at the mercy of the call centre. This seems a fairly simple change, the airline has offered an alternative flight so we can complete our journey. It has taken OPODO 1/2 day to make this change ( another member of the travel party had booked the same trip with them) so it is possible. I could have done it in 1/2 day with the airline directly but they are only dealing with the ticket agent - in this case this awful company - which is a pain in itself as I am the customer and pay the airline and the agent.

Totally agree with all of the other negative comments. Flight cancelled by Turkish airlines and six weeks down the line I’m still waiting for a refund. The customer services line I think is occupied by dead people. I have been quoted as being 40th in the queue 47th 72nd 97th and 97th and more.I think this is just a way of trying to get you to go away. Use at your own risk

This company is an absolute disgrace and I do not understand how skyscanner still allows them to operate. I booked flights nearly a year ago and the airline cancelled them within 24 hours(nothing to do with covid). I have emailed and called nearly everyday and they just send you round in loops with no one doing anything! It is so infuriating and then last week they have disconnected the phone line. Has anyone had any success getting their money back??

How can this be allowed to happen
How can this be allowed to happen? A company operating on Skyscanner refusing to refund when the actual airline have cancelled the flight. They keep asking for bank details when the refund should automatically be sent back to the original payment card. Disgraceful customer service. Over two months on and still no refund. Email them every day and nothing. People are being robbed of their money.

Booked flights through flight network that were subsequently cancelled by the airline (Wizz air). The company have made it impossible to get a refund. They keep promising a refund, but then nothing. They do not answer emails and should be avoided at all costs. They should not be allowed on skyscanner!

I cannot overstate how useless and atrocious Flight network wet and are l… endlessly on hold only to reach some Indian call centre who clearly work to a script to delay, fob off and lie. Ask to speak to a supervisor sends you to a voice mail that cuts you off.
I have confirmed that the flight company refunded 5 weeks ago, yet Flight Network are dishonestly holding onto the money statung they’re waiting for some imaginary authorisation from the airline which seems to be the stock answer.

I really hope someone from Flight Network is reading this and able to help. My wife and I are on our honeymoon since the 5th, we have been sent an incorrect flight ticket and currently stranded in Asia. We have spoken to customer's service everyday in the past 8 days, 12 times, 20hours of phone calls and the response have been the same which is "someone from our support team will call you within 24hours to resolve it" however have heard nothing from each call. Our emails have only had auto acknowledgment replies with no option to reply. We need to get back to our 3 young kids. PLEASE HELP.

Terrible company - avoid at all costs. I booked a return domestic flight with them in Brazil . I took the inbound flight and a few days later I got sick so due to medical reasons I could not fly the return flight . I sent them the document by email and they didn’t respond. I called them and they told me I need to provide them with a written confirmation from the airline that they agree to refund . Idk why I had to do it - since I booked with them and not with the airline . Anyway I did it and sent them a letter from the airline saying they don’t mind the refund . After hours on the phone , during which the reps hang up on you every single time , they said they will check with the airline and get back to me . Of course they did not, and I’m still waiting for my refund .
Just avoid them and buy a ticket from a company which respects its customers .
The worst company - don’t waste your time
Do not waste your time your effort your money with this company they are the worst and don’t you ever buy any tickets from them because you will regret it every single moment. I have bought a ticket from them and suddenly 3 days before travelling I have received an email saying “ Your flight(s) for booking UEEZKT has had a schedule change/cancellation from the airline. Unfortunately, you will not be able to travel as planned.” And I have replied to their email asking to cancel the flight and sent them 4 others emails and waste over $200 USD on international phone calls to speak with they customer service they have put me on hold for 30 minutes every time and hung up the phone before speaking to any representative and left me hanging no response no refund no communication. Give your money to company they deserve. Stay safe keep away from this useless company. And they don’t deserve any rating but I have to put one star so the platform allows me to leave a review.

I am trying to get a refund on a flight due to the covid pandemic. flight network charged me £19 to act on my behalf but no response from them, after 4 months I followed up with them and they tell me I have to speak to the airline directly!
The airline are requesting refund application numbers but flight network cannot give me them which gives me the impression they have never even tried!
The website gives no help either. I have never experienced such terrible customer service support, communication and response time.

Here is one for company, you are getting reported to regulator. I booked ticket on Sunday, no confirmation nada from you yet. When called to return funds they refused. they haven't issued any ticket, there was not even a confirmation email. I only know that BA leg did not go through as we got on Sunday email that if they do not confirm in 24h ticket on hold will he cancelled (from BA). Once you pay (AFTER 😡😡😡) it gets written on screen that confirmation should arrive within 72h. Info post sale is not part of the contract. No email nothing from them just blocked funds. This was paid at regular level not some bargain. Shocked they are allowed on Skyscanner and quite disappointed in them as a result. Avoid and report to regulator if you have issues

Dont bother with this company i paid for adjustable return date tickets. When i tried to contact them i recieved no response and couldn't adjust my tickets. I finally recieved a response a week after i had returned. wasted money paying for ectras they make unavailable.

I booked 2 business class flights with cancellation insurance. Unfortunately we had to reschedule (which was included in the extra insurance we took out)

It is an horrendous experience, it literally up to now has took me 5 days of phoning them, they never phoned back when they were supposed too, kept being passed to other agents. Repeating myself again & again.
The flight ended up being sorted by myself finding flights from the BA website and telling them that there were cheaper flights as they tried to charge me £500 each more for flights They never bothered too look to find alternative prices or times, even days as i gave them a very free time scale, in the end i did it myself. I found on the same day that they had offered (£500 more per passenger) a good flight at no extra costs. Return flights as well.
I paid good money as a business class passenger, they treated me appallingly, i had the phone put down on me five times because they didn't know how to reschedule, kept saying have a voucher, (which would have meant i lost £450, (i was flying from london to Spain it was £955 in the first place) i am a very nervous flyer hence Business class as this is the first flight in 3yrs due to Covid, they didn't even know what there own policy included.
I am at this moment waiting for them too reschedule and again the line has gone dead, i have spoken to three people this morning alone. Still not rescheduled. The line has gone dead again. Still not sorted even tho i found the flights for them.
I will find whom the CEO of this company is and complain there, they are a Swedish company. Terrible, Terrible company USELESS! Never again. Il go on LinkedIn, and contact them directly. Shame on you all, you have made this a really horrible experience.
Desired outcome: To reschedule my flights as per multiple conversations.I am now speaking with Zohaib as i write this. He seems to be the only one thats trying this now, nooo its gone dead again! A nightmare
