Ich geb die Daten jetzt alle noch einmal bei der Fluggesellschaft ein und verzichte mit dem größten Vergnügen auf solch einen billigen Versuch mich abzuzocken.

appalling, dishonest. I booked a flexible ticket, was impossible to actually change it. They told me I had to speak to the airline, the airline confirmed that Flight Network were responsible. Hours to get through to customer service and even when you speak to someone they just keep you on hold. They come up with lots of different reasons why they can't make the change to fob you off. Do not buy from this company

Despite requesting the cancellation immediately after my purchase and receiving conflicting information from Flight Network, I have still not received my refund.
I would give them 0 if possible totally corrupt company. I have no idea how they get away with treating their customers so badly when things don’t go quite right. This is inevitable in the modern world and the mark of a good company is its customer service.
My experience has been one of poor customer service, inconsistent information, lack of transparency, and an incredibly frustrating process. I will never book through Flight Network again, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before using this company as a travel intermediary.

Unacceptable service! Cancelled flight ignored for weeks!!
was cancelled by the airline. I bought a FLEX ticket in May specifically to be protected, but Flight Network has completely ignored my refund request for over 4 days. Their chat support only gives automated robot answers and claims they cannot help, while their 'schedule change team' refuses to email me back. The airline cancelled the direct flight and tried to force me onto a 06:00 AM flight without my permission. I have formally demanded a full refund for the entire booking, but they are using delay tactics. Unacceptable behaviour. Avoid this company at all costs! I am now reclaiming my money through my bank

My experience with Flight Network has been extremely disappointing.
On May 19, I purchased Avianca tickets through Flight Network with a flexible fare. The very next day, May 20, I contacted their customer service via chat to cancel the flights and request a full refund, as allowed under the fare conditions.
After a lengthy discussion, the agent confirmed that my tickets had been canceled and told me I would receive a confirmation email. Instead, the following day I received an email stating the exact opposite—that they could not do anything and that the flights had not been canceled.
Because of this contradiction, I filed a dispute with my bank. The bank temporarily reversed the charge while investigating, but on June 29 they closed the case and charged my account again.
Today I contacted the bank to reopen the dispute. They advised me to contact Avianca directly and provided me with the reservation code they had received from Flight Network. Avianca confirmed that my name is associated with that reservation code, but that the itinerary has been canceled.

Mi experiencia con Flight Network ha sido extremadamente decepcionante.
El 19 de mayo compré unos tiquetes de Avianca a través de Flight Network con una tarifa flexible. Al día siguiente, 20 de mayo, contacté a su servicio de atención al cliente por chat para cancelar los vuelos y solicitar el reembolso total, tal como permitían las condiciones de la tarifa.
Después de una larga discusión, el agente me confirmó que los tiquetes habían sido cancelados y que recibiría la confirmación por correo electrónico. Sin embargo, al día siguiente recibí un email diciendo exactamente lo contrario: que no podían hacer nada y que los vuelos no habían sido cancelados.
Ante esta contradicción, presenté un reclamo ante mi banco, que inicialmente revirtió el cargo mientras investigaba el caso. Sin embargo, el 29 de junio cerraron la investigación y volvieron a cargar el importe en mi cuenta.
Hoy intenté reabrir el caso y el banco me indicó que debía contactar directamente a Avianca. Me proporcionaron el código de reserva que Flight Network les había enviado. Para mi sorpresa, Avianca confirmó que mi nombre aparece asociado a ese código de reserva, pero que el itinerario figura como cancelado.
Hasta el día de hoy sigo sin recibir el reembolso correspondiente, a pesar de haber solicitado la cancelación inmediatamente después de la compra y de haber recibido información contradictoria por parte de Flight Network.
Mi experiencia ha sido de muy mala atención al cliente, falta de transparencia, información inconsistente y una gestión extremadamente frustrante. No volveré a comprar a través de Flight Network y recomiendo a quienes estén considerando usar este intermediario que lo piensen dos veces.

كلهم تابعين لنفس الشركة ، يغرونكم بسعر اقل للتذكرة ب 50 او 100 دولار لكن وقت الطيران يلغي او يعدل الرحلة ما راح تشوفون فلوسكم وراح يماطلونكم وانا كتبت هذا الكلام بعد تجربتي معاهم يوم حجزت تذكرة من مدريد الى الكويت للسفر بتاريخ 25/3/2026 وطبعا بهذا التاريخ كل دول الخليج كانت مسكرة مجالها الجوي بسبب الحرب ويوم كنت بالمطار بلغوني انه مافي رحلات الى الكويت بسبب اقفال المجالي الجوي ، وعند تواصلي مع شركة الطيران بلغوني انه تم اشعار مكاتب السفر باسترداد كامل المبالغ وتم نشر هذا الامر كذلك في صفحة شركة الطيران على تطبيق التويتر (أكس) ومن ذلك اليوم ولغاية اليوم كل ما اكلم موظفي الخدمة بهذا الموقع ردهم ان الطيران ما رجع الفلوس وانتظرنا 10 ايام وبعد العشر ايام ، اتصل يرد موظف انتظرنا 15 يوم علما بان جميع مكالماتي معاهم مسجلة وهذي نصيحة لكم

Due to regional conflict and the closure of Kuwaiti airspace, the flight was cancelled. Since that day, I have been fighting for my legal refund.Their customer support is a nightmare. They do absolutely nothing but delay and play word games. Every agent I speak to tells me to wait "10 days," and then the next one says "another 15 days." They are taking advantage of a crisis to hold onto passenger money and blame the airline.I am now taking my case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and civil aviation authorities. Save yourself the stress and book directly with the airline.

Fikk litt panikk da jeg så de dårlige anmeldelsene, jeg fikk imidlertid løst problemet mitt raskt og uten nevneverdige problemer. Hjemmesiden til selskapet ligner til forveksling den til SAS (og det er jo ikke greit) samt at jeg måtte betale et gebyr på 469 kroner noe jeg synes er unødvendig da jeg avlyste mindre enn 1 time etter feilkjøp. Jeg ble imidlertid bare lettet over å ikke måtte punge ut med hele billettsummen, så jeg godtok det. Her kan tjenesten helt klart forbedres. Jeg kom raskt i kontakt med kundebehandleren og hun var hjelpsom og høflig og jeg fikk kansellert feilkjøpet

This is a horrible company. Their support team is a joke. They are absolutely useless when you’re stranded in a foreign airport and ask them for help when the airline says to call them since I bought my tickets from this company. They hang up the phone line on you and literally are helpless with any concerns you have. I ended up purchasing another ticket to get back home. Stay away from them, they are terrible
Shorted Refund from Cancelled Flight Due to War
We booked a flight from Tel Aviv to Istanbul prior to the war. As a result of the war, the airlines cancelled our flight. In seeking the refund, they shorted us $300. I called and talked to their customer service about this. They said they would look into it. They did indicate that the insurance $100 wouldn't be refundable. I just received an email saying they will pay us another $137, but items like seat assignment and luggage might not be refundable. Incredibly stupid since they have the refund for those items from the airline. This is after 5 calls and 2 chats with them. We are still shorted. I'm guessing it is the profit they receive from the airlines.

Havde desværre ikke været på TRUSTPILOT og læse om dette bureau, for så havde jeg selvfølgelig valgt et andet bureau - det er desværre et udspekuleret firma for at hente yderligere penge ind fra kunder - havde købt og betalt for en ændringbillet, desværre kommet til at trykke på en forkert tast mht dato for hjemrejse og idet der var købt ændringbillet tænkte jeg OK - først skulle jeg betale kr. 1500 ekstra for ændringen København / Ålborg - så skrev jeg at på hjemmesiden stod at det ikke ville koste noget - så kom de tilbage med at så måtte jeg betale kr. 300 for at få ændret så bagagen også kunne komme med - hvilket jo var betalt for en gang - snyd snyd snyd

Scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are a front for some other company - anointed a refund, they gladly refund you their $33 fee. But not the $ you paid for the ticket. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

Ville bestille 2 flybilletter fra København til Bangkok med Thai Air. Umiddelbart ikke muligt på Thai Airs hjemmeside, hvorfor jeg vælger at bestille rejsen med Thai Air gennem Flight Network. Her bliver jeg mødt med mere end 10 muligheder for diverse tilkøb. Takker nej til den alle. Men efter at have indkodet alle personlige oplysninger, herunder betalingskortoplysninger, er pisen pludselig steget med 957 kroner. Det opfatter jeg som rent plattenslageri og bestiller derfor ikke rejsen gennem Flight Network. Har mistanke om at samme plattenslageri kan opleves ved tilsvarende formidlingsbureauer.

Ik zou zeggen: omzeil Flightnetwork met een grote bocht! niet doen! Het is erg moeilijk om contact te krijgen.. klantenservice per telefoon is in het Engels zeggen ze. Ik kreeg echter een Frans sprekend iemand aan de lijn. Daar kon ik niks mee...Via de chat kom je ook geen steek verder... Omdat ik in tijdnood zat had ik betaald voor de incheckservice. Uiterlijk 6 uur van te voren zou ik de instapkaarten in m'n mailbox hebben. Niks ontvangen, nada. Geld kwijt ..voor mij nooit geen flightnetwork meer. Ik gaf 1 ster, omdat je iets moet plaatsen, maar dat is nog te veel!

Boka aldrig from den oseriösa företaget. De avbokade våra återresa fr”Thailand” och svarar våra mejl efter 4 veckor. Kundtjänsten bara erbjuder oss återbetalning ” och då vill de ha avdrag på 850kr per biljett” trots att vi önskar en återresa med ett annat flyg alternativt och datum.
Vill ni slippa onödigt besvär köp era biljett direkt fr flygbolaget och inte from den här sk*t dåligt bolaget.

who is financially responsible,
whether the trip is protected,
what exactly is covered,
and what happens if the travel company fails.
The CAA says consumers should receive this as soon as payment is taken for a protected booking.

Booking 1 (order 1123****122): My card was debited £321.54 for a booking that FlightNetwork later confirmed was “not confirmed / failed.” I was told the charge would automatically reverse within 72 hours, but it did not. I supplied bank ARN references and was later told by another agent that FlightNetwork had “not received the payment,” despite the funds already being debited.
Booking 2 (order 1121****297): Cancellation documentation contained incorrect details. I requested correction but received no response, which affected my ability to claim through the associated insurance provider.(Xcover- linkedand purchased through FlightNetwork)
I have spent weeks in chats, emails, calls and bank disputes trying to resolve these issues, and have now escalated the matter to regulators and my card provider.
My advice: keep screenshots, check every document carefully, and pay with a card that offers strong dispute protection.
I am still fighting to get refunded. Contact your bank and TICO to raise a complaint. You won't get any response from FlightNetwork nor Xcover

Worst travel agency I’ve ever dealt with
Worst travel agency I’ve ever encountered and I travel a lot! Fake cancellation and flexible options. You have to pay extra to modify the ticket even if the option you chose indicates 0€ to change ticket. To cancel you have to get a filed out from from a doctor WITH YOUR MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS! What happened to medical confidentiality?? Customer service is a nightmare you cannot even deal with the airline directly they don’t even give you the reservation number to make sure you HAVE to go through them. Agents are clueless, unprofessional most likely not trained properly and not caring because they are underpaid 3rd world countries employees. Dealing with them is basically a huge waste of time. I even got disconnected with an agent before my issue was solved this has never happened to me. Then I had to go back in queue which is really long. Just pay the little bit of extra money to book with the airline directly trust me saving a little bit IS NOT WORTH IT!!
