I would give 0 stars. They are incompetent!!!
Has been 6 months and I don’t have my voucher, they kept sending me back to the airline. They are thiefs!!!!! Please avoid them

- first time using FLIGHTNETWORK and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
- bought a round trip flight to peru and realized i make a mistake
- i tried calling flightnetwork and after waiting 2hours, i talked to VISH (India) that I would have to pay $60 to cancel even if its within 24 hours, i said i would talk to my bank before confirming
- called my bank, they said they can't do anything if its apar t of the company rules, I figured whatever, I'll just lose $60
- i called flightnetwork and after 2 hours i talked to a female agent (India), who was the most rude and nonresponsive person ever, didn't even give me her name, told me lies that they can't cancel my flight even though the last agent, Vish, said something differently. she told me to call, Avianca, because its their (Avianca) policy
- I called Avianca, and after 2 hours talked to a customer rep. He said that their airline has no such policy and flights are cancellable within 24 hours. However, Avianca can't make any changes because the transaction is through a third party.
- I called Flightnetwork back the next day (but still within 24 hours), and talked to Vish again. He said said that it won't be cancellable now since a day has passed even though its within 24 hours. I was livid because of the lies from the prior agent. I asked Vish what her name was and if there is a mistake on her part, he did not answer. I am devastated.
-talk to the supervisor who reviewed the conversations I had with the two agents, he said there was nothing he could do
- I cancelled it and lost $500 but im happy I don’t have to deal with this terrible company, with rude customer service.

Overall, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FLIGHT NETOWRK. I am a canadian and this is a Canadian company, but I would not support them. I will tell my friends and families and anyone who listens against this company. I would recommend you buy straight from the airline instead of these third parties.

I BOOKED A BUSINESS CLASS FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY AND TO MY HORROR FOUND THEY BOOKED ME IN AN ECONOMY RETURN.AND THEY JUSTIFIED THE BOOKING TOOAND WILL NOT CHANGE THE BOOKING.I RAISED IT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY THEYREFUNDED50% OF THE TICKET,LATER I GOT A MAIL FROM FLIGHT NETWORK THAT THE ONGOING FLIGHT IS ALSO CANCELLED.WHEN I LOKED AT MY REFUND STATUS THIS IS THE MESSAGE FROM FLIGHT NETWORKNo refund possible for this trip

DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS WITHIS COMPANY. GO DIRECT TO THE AIRLINE .IT MAY COST YOU MORE,ALWAYS USE A CREDIT CARD.BE PREPARED TO APPEAL TO ATOL AND THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN.ALWAYS ASK UNDER WHAT uk LEGISLATION ARE YOU REFUSING A REFUND.GET LEGAL ADVICE I USED MY HOME INSURANCE LEGAL SERVICES.AND FINALLY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I booked flights for our family vacation. I needed to change our flights due to COVID rules changing and after 3 weeks I have called for hours and sent an email everyday out of desperation. 3 weeks have gone with no response and they have taken my money and gone!

This is a SCAM! Never use FlightNetwork

Not trustable, they keep reversing (refunding) the payment because they dont want to honour the price.

This company is a pure scam, they have opened many companies with the same name such SUPERSAVER, MYTRIP, FLIGHTNETWORK, TRAVEL2BE.

Guess where they call center is located? India!

If you see a good review here, rest assured that is fake reviews from employees.

Horrendous service. Extremely bad experience. They misleading price. Their economy is "basic economy" which does not include baggage for international flights. They did not provide any information on my booking and they sell you the ticket which is not the real fare. LIARS!!!! Will never go near any agency even like this again.
