When I ordered I was told that the product will arrive end of June.Now I have been given an ETA of end of July.I will never order again from them.Have a whole project on hold due to delay in delivery.

Spent thousands on flooring for the whole house two years ago, extended the kitchen this year and needed 3sqm of the same flooring. Spent £400 and the flooring is completely different. Lesser quality, different size, not compatible with the older floor. But same price. Reply,
Actually floor monster “confirmed” flooring would not be compatible after sending pictures and pointing out the fact.

I bought oak flooring from Floor Monster some years back when I was doing an extension. The flooring looks great almost 10 years on and I thought I should give them a thank you by writing a positive review.

You sent me review remainder but I still waiting for ordered items and still I do not know when I will receive it.

Not got my floor from them yet but I intend to moving fwd as their floors are very good quality ant their customer service is excellent.

A sample is a sample, but in their opinion a product that looks different than the sample is completely normal (at the bottom of the page there is information that the samples differ from the original, then why order samples??), double-counted return cost and very unpleasant service. Waste of time and money.
In response to my opinion, they wrote that the samples were correct. Are not. In the e-mails they admitted that the samples were floor samples, not stairs.

Excellent quality had some damage but was replaced the next day brilliant customer service quick delivery

Ordered sample took way to long to be delivered had layed new floor before it came. Flooring direct UK sample came next day got the order great service.

Great experience using this company! Jack was very helpful and had great knowledge of the products.

I received the sample very quickly, it was well packaged. I'm going to be ordering stair treads soon. Thank you

Catered for all my needs and provided me with great customer care

Absolutely appalling company. They emailed asking when I would like the order to be delivered I asked for it to be delivered on the Friday so I informed our customer when it was getting delivered and that we would start her job on the Monday. I waited in all day tried ringing no one answered. Rang again on the Saturday but could get through to the department I needed I had to inform our customer that the delivery had not arrived and change the date to the Wednesday providing I had managed to get in touch with someone. I finally managed to get in touch with someone on the Tuesday and arranged for it to be delivered on Wednesday We order stair treads and risers for a customers job the first delivery there was items broken. Rang to let them know got to email instead had to keep ringing to find out when I would get replacement and everytime I was told the department that deal with this situation are busy I will send them an email and someone will ring you. Then after all this realised the full order had not been delivered same problem again no one ringing back. When I did get in touch with someone via email they said the warehouse were aware they had missed 1 item off (but it was 3 items missing) and was out for delivery that day didn’t receive it until the next day. They were meant to be checking the cameras and getting back to me about other items but no one has. I ended up have to buy 2 new stairs out of my own pocket as needed them for the customer and was sick for no one replying to me or returning my calls and this was not fair on our customer. Will definitely not be using again. This has not only cost me for the extra stair treads and risers I had to buy, it has also cost me extra days wages for staff. Luckily enough our customer was very understanding and did not blame us but they were not very happy about the situation.

Following your reply I did email back and I have still got the email I sent requesting it to be sent on the Friday. Yes the replacement for the broken items was send out after numerous phone calls to find out what was happening and when it would be arriving. With the missing items I don’t understand why if the warehouse new items were missing did they not inform me and why was I told that it was out for delivery that day when it wasn’t as when after numerous phone calls and emails to find out where this delivery was I got a email the next day saying that it was out for delivery and would be delivered that day. No one got back to about the other missing items hence why I bought 2 more as I was not waiting around any longer for someone to get back to me (which I am still waiting) when I customer of my company was waiting for her stairs to be finished. I only wish you customer service representatives could reply as quick as you reply to a bad review
