Incredible quality and features! My husband dared to ask the price but then he asked for one for himself! 😂

I bought one of these after seeing it advertised on facebook. I was extremely disappointed when I tried to use it the first time. The vacuum used to suck the air out of the bag is a piece of junk. I charged it for 4.5 hours, and it literally only ran for fifteen seconds and then would not turn on again. The vacc also comes with multiple attachments with no instructions on which attachment to use. So it's just a guessing game. The bag itself seems well constructed and is a decent size. However, the area for packing clothes to be vacuumed out is extremely small! I could only put three days worth of clothes in it (three shirts, two shorts, one pair of jeans, three pair of socks and four underwear). I was never able to get it to suck out all the air out, because, as I said, the vacuum is a piece of junk, and it didn't work. I have requested a full refund from Flovir but have not heard back from the co. yet. But it's only been a day....

they sent a bag with an irregular zipper & their AI customer service wont refund me until i pay to retirn the defective bag myself. which seems like a scam in itself. BUYER BEWARE - bag doesnt fit 14 days of cloths, customer service is AI & they wont refund dissatified customers without u paying more money to send it back. NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I tried to set the TSA lock on your bag, and did it as the instructions asked, and my 3 digit code did not work and I have not been able to use the TSA lock feature on the bag. I emailed to request guidance and was just sent a link to a YouTube video on how to set the TSA lock...it's a shame since I set my code the way I was instructed so it is an issue with your product.

Excellent product. Really does hold quite a bit of clothing. Used it for a 5-day cruise was able to carry 7 outfits and electronics easily.
Consider adding more stitching around the outer zippers.

1st bag had the bottom clips come off while in travel to Europe. Notified customer service while I was abroad and they immediately sent a replacement bag at no additional costs. Second bag was at my house when I returned from trip with no defects. Used bag to travel to Europe. Able to put 13 days of clothes in vacuum area. Bag fit in carry on of plane above seat. Will not need to check a bag in the future. Great bag for travel.

I saw your ad and with all my traveling I said, Why not!, so I did. I just used it last week for the first time on road trip from California to Maryland and flew back to California. No issues on plane or finding all my items with ease. All this believe it or not without using the decompression portion of the bag. I left home in a hush I did not have time to use it as it was intended to be used.

I have not taken a trip to use the bag but I’m looking forward to being able to overpack and have all my items fit perfectly.

The advertisement for the bag was great. Unfortunately, my experience with the vacuum portion of the bag was nothing like the advertisement. I had to use another bag for my most recent trip.

This group that sells this backpack is a joke! They send you the items one by one, then, some items don't make it to you. When you request a refund, they email you and tell you that there has been problems with their warehouse and shipping is delayed. To further placate you, they offer you a 20% discount on your purchase price. When you don't accept that, they then offer you a 40% discount. If you still want to return the items for a full refund, they tell you that you have to send your entire order in one box and ship it back to them for inspection. They do NOT pay for return shipping! The cost to ship all items back is probably the same amount that you spent on the backpack! And.....with NO guarantee that they won't try to pull "your item got lost in the mail and we couldn't refund your purchase...... Buyer be very wary....

The chest buckle came off twice mid trip. I had to replace twice. Now the strap that holds the pack to a carryon came completely unstitched. I travel with it once to twice a month. It sure isn’t holding up well. Sent email about strap and awaiting response. I will keep looking for the perfect backpack.Update: Flovir refunded 40 percent of the cost of the bag.

I was skeptical at first. But I received my package pretty fast, and with no issues. I already used it, and it is great.

I initially thought it was a scam, from reading reviews and looking online. So I switched my payment option with Affirm from my bank to a credit card.

Again, I was skeptical at first until it showed up at my door and worked great. I used it on a cruise, and it worked perfectly.

This is a high quality bag! I waited a bit to make sure I used it b4 reviewing... I am sold!!
The only little thing I would ask for an addition is a piece to slide over a suitcase handle. I did remedy by using the side buckles.

Did not receive parcel they came up with some fake tracking that stated parcel was delivered at 1030pm which it was not

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still have not shipped, no response from customer support

Bought a backpack AND the vacuum pump. Got 2 separate tracking numbers for each item. The backpack always said Parcel Information Received, while I could supposedly track the pump. Well I got the backpack and some other random items in a wonky, ripped and mummified with tape plastic bag, but no pump. When I reach out to their customer service email, it gets bounced back to me saying my message contains spam or a virus, even when I use my work email. When I contact through the website, nothing. This is some bait and switch nonsense and the item received isn't worth it.
