I tried it and find that my hair is too thin to use that brush. I tried to email for a refund and all I got back was an email from Lester that he needed more info. I tried to explain in detail and that email was returned by the postmaster as not going thru because that mailbox was too full. I have tried several times after that and the site will not let me contact the company. I originally saw the ad on Facebook, but I don't buy right off of Facebook in order to keep from getting fraud results. Therefore I went directly to the company and this is what I get, NOTHING! I should have gone thru Amazon. They at least will deal with the refunds. NOT HAPPY!!

I called the support team because the brush took hours to charge,I tried their suggestions and it did eventually charge. When I used the brush it did nothing,I wanted lift on the crown but I could not get the brush to stay in my hair,I know I have very soft hair since turning grey,but the adverts promised so much! First after reading about the blower my hair is to short to use. I also thought a charger came with it, makes no sense to order a rechargeable item and not have a charger. But the real reason is my hair is too short. Thank you Zy for helping and processing my refund.

The product arrived as scheduled. Welll packaged.
Instruction easy to follow. My unit had a " hold charge" issue. I emailed the support team and was at first concerned as the reply email said" Postmaster Failure"
Or mailbox full...I resent and a response came back from "support team " ( Ella ).
I followed her suggestion to try another charge but had same result.
So i emailed back putting Ella's name in the re line.
I had the same issue " mailbox full" so just had to resend email. Ella responded. She was very professional and efficient.
I received my refund.
The brush/comb is a great size for travel. Easy to handle. I have below ear bob, but because charge did not hold I was unable to straighten full head of hair.
Can see it as a great touch up tool after a busy day to quickly give you a smooth finished hair look.
Maybe go for their new max comb...longer charge times.

I placed an order but felt it was not what I called good business practice eg after I placed the order it was followed by another advert with another discount and after that offering me an extra super charger. When I complained I was sent full explanation by Darwin and reinstated my order, if it is wrong I will put another note on here
Puffier hair
I purchased the brush and used it a couple times. I wasn't happy with the results and contacted the company. I have emailed with Marie several times. She's been very helpful with suggestions of trying different things. Instead of returning the brush Marie offered me a free gift to keep it. This product does not do what it advertised. I'm struggling to use the product. The on/off button is in an awkward position and turns off during use. Maybe it's just my hair as it's thin but it doesn't straighten well. The company are refusing a refund because they insist I'm using the wrong charger, even though I've tried 3 different ones!

Quick response for double order mistake
After seeing many reviews on the new FLOWN GoBrush Pro, I was anxious to order and try on my short hair
I accidentally clipped tab to order second one by mistake. When I noticed, I sent an email to ask that the second brush be cancelled, and got a reply from Zy that a refund was being applied. I appreciate the quick response before I receive two brushes and charged. I'm hoping that I have a better styling tool with the new FLOWN to style my very straight hair!

I recently bought a gobrush. I charged it for 3 hours but its not working. I complained by email, received a response with advice and then was promised a replacement. It hasn't arrived so I have wasted my money and I am not happy.

There was an error on my order and I contacted Angel of Support Service and she corrected the order and refunded the part of the order I did not want.
