Numoya doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I needed to return a GoBrush & a hair dryer. I was offered 30% refund. No deal. These item, to me were quite costly. Then I was told to ship these to China for a refund. They didn’t even come from China. Do you know how costly the shipping is to China, more than what the items cost!!! So I had to get my bank involved. Problem solved…PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY,
I do not like this brush
I do not like this brush. It doesn't fully straighten my hair and it doesn't give much of a direction to my hair. They have a 30 return , but when I tried to return it, they gave me the run around back and forth emails for 3 wks. Then when they FINALLY approved my return, (after having to send a picture) (ridiculous) they want ME to pay shipping back to CHINA. Total RIP OFF.

I ordered an item that proved unsuitable for my hair. Requested a return form , to be told to give the item a try, I would probably fall in love with it or I could gift it to a friend (!)
I asked again for a returns form. This time to be told I could only return to a warehouse in Asia (item was sent from UK address).
When questioned I was offered a 30% refund and the suggestion again to gift to a friend.

Giving more reliable information
First of all. I had no problem making out my order. Then I received a tracking number. Told me my product would be. Shipped to my address. In Kelowna on the following Friday, Then that’s as far as it went. Wouldn’t let track the number. I had no way of finding what else to. Then I sent a message by searching the website and was able. To find Natasha. She replied back quickly. She also apologized for the delay. Gave me a new tracking number. She said my parcel would be delivered on April 30th. Thank you Natasha. She was right on it. I so appreciate your help.
