Flushking Avaliações

Great customer service, I had a small problem which was sorted really quickly, recommend! !

Bit disappointed.
Before buying, I did ask for advice on which repair pack to buy. The advice was pretty vague and dis-interested. Because of this, I ended up buying the wrong filler valve and I ended up stripping the plastic thread on it and had to go down B&Q to buy a competitor's product which had the brass thread which I would have been better advised to get.
The Flush valve is OK - it failed to seal one morning and left the toilet flushing for half a day, but seems ok now. there were also no main seal or main seal bracket included or available as an option. and a bit of PTFE tape would also have been a great help.
Next time, I think I'd go down B&Q and just get the right bits first time out.

Any problems in fitting were of my own making.

Great parts and a great price. Good service too when my first delivery was missing a key part and the replacement went missing with the courier. No doubt normally delivery would have been right first time. Would use again.

The Flushking Inlet Valve (Brass Shank) was a major improvement on our previous options for a bottom fill valve. Easy to fit, even easier to adjust.

We complimented this with the dual press top button flush system, which was just as easy and the adjustable full and half flush makes this a practical and environmental choice.

I am now buying more to change all of our toilets to the same system!
Highly recommended!

Paid extra for next day delivery, bit didn't get it - ordered Wednesday evening, arrived Monday. Decent quality item and good price though.

Easy too order fast service and great goods

Arrived quickly thank you. Good quality and easy to install. Fraction of the cost of buying a new toilet and has extended the life of the old toilet. Recommended product

Products are very good and easy to install, however,I couldn't buy a 6 piece set with a brass shank, so had to buy a brass inlet valve separately,
also can you not make a duel flush system that you can change the cable over, for either handle or push button, rather than have to change the whole syphon unit ?.

Does the job easy.

Recently bought the Flushking but not had chance to fit it yet.
Good price and speedy delivery.

This firm sent everything we needed and fitted item easily ,working well! Well done flushking;
!

I purchased a flushking button syphon as it seemed to be the only product with a button that fits through the hole on my cistern.

Ordering was quick and easy.

I placed the order on a Sunday. Next day delivery was the only option available. So I paid the £4.50 delivery fee expecting to receive my order on Tuesday.

It did not arrive on Tuesday, so I sent flushking a quick email. They did not reply. In fact it's been 5 days since and they still haven't replied.

Thankfully my goods did arrive the following day after I contacted the delivery company (since flushking were no help).

I thought of contacting flushking to request a refund for the next day delivery fee. But I did not bother after reading their terms.

When the product arrived there was some sort of adhesive/product used to stick the overflow in place, this appeared to have spilled over most of the unit, which I had to scrub off. Not a major issue.

Once fitted, everything went fine. And I'm happy with the product.

All in all it's a 3/5 from me due to poor/non existent communication. In the future I'll stick to my local diy/plumbers merchant.

Despite ordering the wrong parts twice the lady I telephoned quickly sorted me out .The correct parts delivered next day. Fitted them and work very well .

Very pleased with my Purchase good quality easy instructions it only took me about half an hour and I had converted my old toilet cistern

Well made product, exactly as described. Very easy to fit, on-line video's very helpful too. Very efficient service and speedy delivery. Well impressed all round, will happily recommend to others.

I would strongly recommend to others...
