Good experience all round. Would recommend.

Excellent service, delivery was quick, the parts seem very good also.
I only fitted the items today so they are still relatively new, however everything works as it should.

The products I wanted at a good price, next day delivery - slight problem with the order dealt with pleasantly and no quibbles, replacement part arrived next day.

Good Quality component, easy to use website and ordering system.
The fill valve was easy to fit and is both quieter and filled the cistern quicker than the original unit.

The main reason I ordered from the flushking website was due to the 'next day delivery service' they offer. I ordered the parts on sunday 22nd Jan thinking I would get them Tuesday 24th Jan. I arranged everything around the fact that these parts would arrive Tues as advertised on their website.
In fact at the checkout stage of my purchase the ONLY option was for me to pay £4.50 for this next day delivery service....I gladly paid and felt reassured they would arrive. They never came Tuesday so I called flushking to complain.. I explained to a lady over the phone of my situation, her reply was based along the lines of 'Oh well its not our fault, the courier never picked any parts up yesterday!! When I asked for a refund on the next day delivery fee I had paid her reply was 'well we've still got to send them so I can't give you a refund'. I couldn't believe her attitude to a customer, in summary she was not interested in the slightest and had no grasp or understanding at all of the consequence of me not having the parts I had paid to be here. The parts came Wednesday, one box was damaged (part ok I hope) but I really could not be bothered to speak to them again. All in all a very poor experience and terrible customer service.

Product was shipped quickly, was easy to install and does the job very well. Very satisfied

Next day delivery by courier. Unit is better quality than that it replaced & was simple to fit

The equipment was ideal, delivery on time and the video instructions were very helpful. However the instructions on the web page were unreadable as two pages were shown on he same window. I am happy with the installation.

The product works fine, but it could have been designed more user-friendly. In particular, the fixing collar around the shaft of the fill valve should be easier to move and fix back in place.

Very competitive price for good quality and speedy delivery.

Pretty much says it all. Was able replace old ball cock system, handle etc in old cistern with ease. Good value.

Its better than having to buy handle separately and flushing mechanism, this product dose it all in one .knowledge needed to fit very little needed if you get utub video up its plain sailing.

Even though my cistern is over 10 years old, I still managed to fit the cistern repair kit without too many problems- it was really helpful to have the tutorial
