This is a con site, they clearly have a field and a few drivers and they hide behind multiple identities, iPark, Exec Parking, Fly Away Parking...to name a few - all of them have a contact number ending in 088.
They turned up late for the collection and last night told us 30/45 mins - ok .....2 hours and 15 later they turned up, on the wrong floor and blamed us. They stopped answering phone calls and there were multiple customers in exactly the same or worse circumstances

At the drop off they were late to pick up, had to pay the parking and very rude. but that was nothing compared to the pick up. Sensing how poor they were I called 45 minutes before we arrive at the car park there was a queue of 5 couples all waiting for their cars. The first were waiting over 2 hours before we even arrived and they had a child in a buggy ! Despite numerous calls from all of us we all waited, they lied about traffic, flat batteries and were very rude, We waited 1.5 hours for our car which arrived finally with an aggressive rude driver
The price isn't as advertised as you pay the parking car charges. Please avoid them they are a total shambles !!!

We booked with them and they did not live up to the service they state on their advertising. We arrived at Gatwick after telling them 30 minutes before we were on our way and someone turned up 40 minutes after we had arrived. Then when we returned to Gatwick we called them on landing as asked to do and we are waiting where we are supposed to and over an hour later we are still waiting for someone to deliver our car, This company do not do what say they are going to do.

Rang 30 mins before arrival to confirm, told to go to parking 6 level 5 . There was no kiosk to hand the key in as you'd expect, rung 3 times for the driver to collect my keys , waiting 55 min ,then a guy turned up, he couldn't hardly speak English and looked like he had been sleeping rough that week , NO receipt for key and had to pay £22 for parking because of his delays in collecting the car , this is not how it works .

We will never ever use this cow boy company again! Hidden costs for starters! Rude and ignorant staff also! Drop off was not too bad, but not great!
When we landed coming home, I called them at baggage reclaim like they told us to and were told to go to the meeting point car park. We then waited 1hr 20 mins for the car to be brought to us! We were frozen! When I called them for the second time to see where they were, the man on the phone put the phone down on me! No apology nothing!
Disgraceful company and should not be advertising as meet and greet!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

This terrible company wanted extra money to pay for parking on arrival.

The worst service . Waited over an hour for someone to pick up my car. On return went to the short stay car park but noone arrived. An hour later someone called telling me to go to the Drop Off Zone where he parked the car and just walked off. Just received a car park fine because No Drop Off zone fee had been paid. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. CRIMINAL.

Car drop off wasn't too bad as I only had to wait around 15 mins.
However collection after my trip was a major issue. I had to wait an hour after being told 10/15 mins repeatedly. I was also told 5 mins just entering terminal and any moment now etc. What they failed to realise is that I can and was tracking my car on the app and could see exactly where they were hence my confusion to them lying. I confronted the driver who exclaimed nothing he could do as he is just the driver and almost behaved as if he isn't part of the business.
Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Paid £35 up front. Arrived at the agreed meet point at Gatwick exactly when we were told to. Called them and they said “we’ll be with you in 2 minutes.” Waited. Called again, “2 minutes mate.” Called 4 times in total. Waited 45 minutes in the freezing cold with a flight to catch. Then they just stopped answering. Completely ghosted us.
We had no choice but to park somewhere else last minute (costing us even more money) to actually make our flight. Not once did they call us back. Not once did they check if we were okay. Nothing.
Called them 90 minutes later and suddenly they “don’t know who we are” and had the cheek to accuse US of not being at the right spot, despite them telling us on the phone multiple times they were coming to our exact location. The bloke on the phone was aggressive, rude, and spoke to me like I was the problem. Absolute scumbag behaviour.
£35 gone. No service. No refund. No apology. Nothing.
Then I checked the other reviews and realised we’re far from the only ones. This company is full of complaints for exactly the same thing. Taking people’s money, ghosting them at the airport, then gaslighting them when they ring up. These aren’t a parking company, they’re thieves. Pure and simple.
If you’re flying out of Gatwick, do yourself a massive favour and book with literally anyone else. Don’t give these criminals a single penny of your money.
Still waiting on my £35 refund. Won’t hold my breath.
Not the best, but not the worst
Wow, I thought our experience was bad, but reading the rest of these reviews we came off lightly. We phoned as instructed half hour before, and was told to pay £10 more, we had two cars and so had to pull over and transfer the money. I have never had to do this before, but felt I had little choice and not a good start to a holiday. The process actually went through smoothly, and they returned the cars without waiting too long. What really gripes me is that my dad has a bag of loose change, probably had 5 or 10 pounds for cars parks and the like. Well, they stole this. Not the bag just the cash and even left one of those plastic trolley tokens. I mean, who does that? I'm going to be much more careful in the future who I trust.

Awful, make you wait around for ages so you end up paying additional parking charges. Have to call repeatedly before anyone answers or gets back to you. Told us it would take an hour to get our car back when we landed due to traffic - it was midnight on a Thursday.

Absolutely shocking experience
Absolutely shocking experience, easily one of the worst services I’ve ever used.
From the start, communication was terrible. I followed their instructions and called ahead, yet when I arrived at Gatwick there was no one there. I ended up waiting around for 45 minutes, repeatedly calling and being told “someone is coming” with no real update or urgency. It got to the point where I was genuinely worried I was going to miss my flight because of their incompetence.
Things only got worse from there. When I returned, I discovered they hadn’t even moved my car for the entire duration of my trip. It had just been left sitting in the terminal car park the whole time, completely defeating the purpose of paying for a parking service in the first place.
On top of that, I was forced to pay the driver £10 at both drop-off and collection, which was never made clear upfront. Then, to make matters even worse, when I tried to leave the airport, I was hit with a £280 charge at the barrier because the car had been left there for 3 days. Completely unacceptable.
Rude staff, zero accountability, hidden costs, and a service that simply wasn’t delivered. Avoid at all costs.
They don't deserve even one star
They don't deserve one star. Made us late on the way out and on our return, despite calling them to let them know we had landed as requested they were rude and said they weren't ready and put the phone down and then proceeded to be an HOUR late. Three other couples before us had the same issue. The guy who dropped off did not care. Rude and please don't waste your money on this joke of a meet and greet
Flyaway car parking
9 and a half hour flight into Gatwick, 1 hr sleep on plane. Rang flyaway, they told me 15 mins for them to drop off my car to me.....many phone calls & over an hour later, tired & cold they finally dropped car off. Then I couldn't get through the exit barrier with the ticket they gave me....as it said I had to pay £630!!!! So went to see Gatwick staff who advised me that these people are a SCAM company & in no way affiliated with Gatwick airport.
3 hours after landing, I'm finally leaving the airport! The Gatwick staff waived the fee as they clearly could see I had been scammed by these people. PLEASE AVOID FLYAWAY CAR PARKING.
Took an HOUR to get the car
Called as soon as the plane landed at 11am. Waiting in car park from 11.40 to 12. On the email confirmation, it said time to deliver car was 25 to 30 minutes. It took them a full hour and no apology. Also, you have to pay your own parking ticket out of the airport which is always included with other companies. Avoid these guys.
AVOID this company at all costs
AVOID this company at all costs. We were waiting for our car at night at Gatwick airport for more than an hour with our two kids. Also, you have to pay drop off charges yourself on top of the original price paid.
Terrible service
Terrible. I had to wait 30 extra mins before my car was returned to me. When it arrived, it was very dusty and had a lot of birds poo all over it.

I was generous to have rated them with one star. Most appalling service/experience to drop off and pick up; more than one hour delay which I was blamed for. When I questioned about why the delay to drop off, they threatened me to go and make alternative arrangement for my car drop off. They were utterly rude and with no courtesy. PLEASE IGNORE THE RATING ON THEIR WEBSITE. DON’T USE THIS SERVICE.
Very disappointed with the service
I don’t like leaving bad reviews for businesses trying their best but we were very disappointed with the service. Waited for over an hour with my two young children, despite calling the company promptly as soon as we arrived off the plane. Got fobbed off multiple times with confusing responses. Getting our car delivered to us was meant to be a convenient option but turned out to be the opposite. Bad experience. Will be looking at other options next time.
Fly away company is a joke
Fly away company is a joke. They need banning right away. I can’t be more dissatisfied. Being in Gatwick airport for 1 hour With all my family and waiting for them to come.
