They have worst costumer service

I had the worst experience on Valentine’s Day 14th of February. The plane about crash pilot took off again after 45 minute he landed in the felt three hours in a plane security come inside a plane search every single passengers no one was happy. I don’t recommend this airline worst airline I ever been. Not safe please do not travel with this airline

Really loved the how the cabin crew took care of us. Really good service. Don’t mind the negative reviews, it’s turks, arabs and persians hating. Anyways long live Kurdistan. Biji Kurd u her biji Kurdistan

Zeer slechte service omdat de stewardessen niet zijn opgeleid en problemen veroorzaken bij de passagiers en niet de taken van een stewardess uitvoeren zoals vereist en meestal mogen wij het toilet niet gebruiken, behalve als ze daar zin in hebben, zelfs als er geen toilet is. een noodzaak en ze gebruiken de plaatsen waar de passagiers hun tassen neerzetten

Terrible flight experience. Almost killed us. Not safe at all. Terrifying experience.
We were left in transit for 20 hours without providing anything.

The worst cabin crew ever! So disrespectful and rude! We were waiting for the toilet and one of the flight attendants started shouting at an old aged man and while the man remained calm and respectfully told her that he is waiting, she continued to shout and talk in such a rude manner and throw signs with her hands. I will talk about this experince to everyone i see and even take serious action if that flight attendant does not get fired! Because that is not her first time behaving like that with people so embarrassing and shameful!!!

Scammed us for $650 and cancelled our tickets. Dirty rotten company

My experience with Fly Erbil was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Our flight was significantly delayed for an absurd reason: we were told it was because we had a laptop bag! Despite this unreasonable issue, the staff didn’t even bother to apologize or provide any explanation. The lack of professionalism and clear communication was shocking. On top of that, there was no effort to resolve the issue or offer compensation for the inconvenience. The overall service was extremely poor, and even the cleanliness of the plane was below standard. I do not recommend this airline to anyone and hope they take immediate action to improve their operations before losing more customers.”

Worst airline on Earth and that’s saying a lot. Left us in transit for 13+ hours with no food no water no explanation no accommodation even though they were able to provide the crew and pilots accommodation for this whole time. When we complained we were told go pay yourselves and get food which is crazy to me. Very unprofessional in addition to the seats being the worse seats I’ve sat on as if I’m sitting on pure wood no cushioning no nothing. AVOID AVOID AVOID for your sake!!!!!

This is the worst booking experience I've had. I booked a roundtrip flight with them and they canceled my flight. It has been two months, no refunds, no replies! I see a lot of other people in the same situation. They do not answer emails or refund you. Be wary of that!

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Flyerbil. After rescheduling a ticket to a later date and paying a penalty fee, they canceled that flight. To make matters worse, they refused to refund the penalty fee, even though the cancellation was on their end. They also informed us that the refund for the canceled fare would take up to three months, which is completely unreasonable.

It's disappointing that despite the hopes of Kurdistan having its own airline, the service is far from acceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend flying with them. This level of service makes it hard to support a local airline when basic customer care and fair treatment are lacking.

Hi to all of the people wanna travel with flyerbil please don’t do it ? Not worth it I want to support a Kurdish airlines but I was wrong they don’t care about you and ur time they cancelled the flight at London airport they keep cancelling and putting the flight back on I wasn’t ever show the flight would leave or not

Compagnia molto vergognosa, sono stato in Kurdistan ammetto che da una decina di anni che non ci tornavo ma parlando sinceramente la nostra flotta ha fatto un passo indietro
1) non ci sono dispositivi per intrattenersi come delle cuffie o dei tablet
2) ma i genitori controllano i loro figli per lo meno le ostet dovrebbero metterli al loro posto
3) aerei troppo vecchi c'erano dei graffi solo nel finestrino ma dico io ci sono stati dei incidenti per sta roba abbiatense cura per dio
4) sedili troppo scomodi
5) non c'è una cavolo di volta che i vostri aerei vengono in anticipo!
