This was the worst flight experience ever. The food was stored under the chairs and in the bag compartments. the plane was still dirty and the chairs were wet. The business class seats were just normal seats bit with a curtain behind it. overall this was a terrible experience.

Baddest airline I have ever seen and been to and rude staf bad food the they served us was so cold it was on freezar and the snacks all of them costed 1000-1500 and un comfortable seats and the pilot never speaked and they were so late every time and no screen don’t go there if you don’t want problem and just no don’t go

Very rude staff with no respect and uncomfortable sets with no small screen in front of you baddest airline ever it was my first time flying with them , first and last with them ,

Flug war um 11:00 Uhr geplant und jetzt 12:30 und sitze immer noch im Flieger ohne eine Information bekommen zu haben und Mitarbeiter einfach ein kak verhalten

I booked a flight through their website. (don't do that!) After booking, I received a cancelation email. Found out, later, this was about a previous 'reservation'. Apparently, another 'reservation' due to a glitch in the booking process while changing some details was made. This was never communicated to me.

Because I of this unclear communication, I thought my flight got canceled, and booked another. Turns out, now I have 2 tickets on the same flight for the same person! Tickets that can not be changed, refunded or used other way. It is impossible to use both, even if I wanted to. Yet FlyErbil is not willing to do anything about it, they are happy to take the money.

Treatment on the phone is rude and unprofessional. I got hung up the phone twice, and once told that it wasn't their problem, and they were busy at work. I understand that I made a mistake, but I could never use their product, yet they are unwilling to do anything about it. No moral compass. Stay away. Any other airline would understand and do something about a double booking. Or even alert you when you do. Choose a trusted airline if you can!

This was the worst airline experience in the world. The flight crew were rude and the food was horrible. The plane was dirty and the crew were giving attitudes. There was an odd smell and the chairs were wet and dirty. There was no source of entertainment and now pillows or blankets or anything. After we had finished eating our food we had to get up and throw it our self. The first class seats were just normal seats but with a curtain separating them with the rest of the seats. The food was stored in the other head Luggage compartments. There was water bottles stored under the chairs and feet area. And the flight was expensive.

They are liars abd scammers, they told us we would go to london from erbil in 5 hours with no transit, on the way to london they stopped us at bulgaria and made us checked by security and waited like 2 hours then got back on the plane, again we waited in the plain for about another 2 hours claiming they are waiting for bulgaria authorities to let them travel , 5 our flight turned to 10 hour flight

Don't fly with this airline if you dont want any problems.
My luggage did not arive until 9 days after arival at destination. After filling the PIR form it could have been send withing 3/4 days with multiple flights. But due to the nonchalant attitudes of the employees it took 9 days. Not willing to take responsibility and trying to pass the blame on to others. False promises were made every day. Only after i send them an official claim for the loss of my baggage they realy went after my luggage. I will take legal actions for this case.

The worst airline ever. They mislead people. The staff is absolutely unprofessional. It was supposed to be a direct flight from Erbil to London, but we had two stops. They claimed one stop was due to the weather, even though the weather was fine with no rain or clouds. All passengers had to stay inside the airplane for over 3 hours. After that stop, the airplane went to another airport for a checkpoint. The checkpoint was strict and humiliating; they even checked your shoes. It took almost 12 hours to get to London. When I returned from London to Erbil, the flight was delayed again for two hours without any reason.

They held us on the airplane for over 3 hours in Bulgaria, despite it being advertised as a direct flight from Erbil to London. We were then forced to endure a 1-hour transfer at another airport in Bulgaria. We finally reached London after more than 14 exhausting hours on August 9, 2024. Today, August 23, 2024, our flight was scheduled for 9:45 p.m., but with no warning or explanation, it was delayed until 11:20 p.m. This airline provides an terrible service, and the staff are shockingly unprofessional. I strongly advise against anyone booking with them—they should be shut down

This airline is hands down the worst I have ever flown with. Their rules make absolutely no sense. They close everything an hour before the scheduled departure time, so if your flight is supposed to leave at 19:55, they actually shut down everything at 18:55! Why not just write 18:55 instead? It's ridiculous, and no other airline operates like this.

The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They don't listen to passengers and seem only interested in pushing more expensive tickets to make money by scamming and tricking people into missing their flights. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

Additionally, their treatment of pets is appalling. They clearly do not value animals at all and handle them with the utmost disregard. The entire experience was incredibly unpleasant, and I will never fly with this airline again. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different airline.

Worst airline! They forgot to put the patches on our laugages so the bags were never sent! Worst service, they are not even willing to help us find a solution to a problem they caused!!!

They are keep delaying flights every time , we were in the airplane 1 hour without flying because they didn’t have permission to get-off in (EBL) airport¿¿¿

The flight itself with the timing, onboard services, and the journey are all fine. I am happy that finally there is a direct flight from Europe to Kurdistan. However, the booking, communication with the office do not go very smoothly

They are very bad I prefer to everyone do not use this airline for your safety bad service and they have bad pilots pls agin I will advise you that don’t use this airline because of your safety life, they are not safe.

Ich würde nichtmal 1 Stern geben geplanter Flug um 11.30 Verspätung bis um 21 Uhr. 10 und halb Stunden gewartet respektlose Mitarbeiter kein Verständnis für nichts.

The worst company to fly with! This company is a SCAM. I purchased a two way ticket from syria to iraq, on my return date with my proof of confirmation from third party booking website (flight # provided) the date and my return itinerary is all writen and legit. Paid $500 for the ticket and the stupid agents tell me that i only booked one way ticket. I will definitely sue the company as theyre taking the money and scamming people

This is the last time i will ever book with Fly Erbil and i recommend you to never do it!

When we were booking on their website, we tried to pay with 3 different master cards but all got declined. Later on we saw that the money was taken anyway from 2 of our accounts. So we payed litterly 2 times for declined bookings 🙃.

At first it only said reserved so we contacted them several times and they said it would get retured since it only was reserved. Days later we saw that the money was actually taken and not just reserved, but according to them no payment was made. They stole our money. We filed a police report as our bank told us to do so. They also have the worst customer service, being very rude when you talk to them.
