Great service to support customers during their accident repair needs

Quick communication and service. When someone reversed into my car I was provided with a hire car whilst they repaired mine, all in a reasonable time frame. The claim was covered by the third party’s insurance which lead to a pain-free experience.

Very easy to deal with, open communication and everything was completed when I was advised it would be. Staff at repair centre were very helpful.

My Tesco insurance sent me to FMG Norwich after a minor incident. The company was quick to assess and acquired the parts necessary within a week. They completed the work within 5 days. The car looks brand new, am delighted with the repairs. Thank you.

Apart from longer than expected delays in the Repair shop obtaining all necessary parts everything else provided a good service. Courtesy car in good condition and office staff Cath and Emma both very helpful.

The repair is of good quality.
Otherwise the customer service was sketchy at best. When I rang to return their call they did not answer the phone for 2 hours after which it switched off with a msg saying we're now shut. Rang head office, left a VM and to date they've never come back to me.

I am genuinely impressed by the level of service I received from this company. It is rare to encounter such high standards, especially from a UK-based organisation. The customer service team was exceptionally friendly and attentive, the compensation offered was fair and reasonable, and what stood out most was the care and professionalism with which the entire process was handled.

Following a small scraping bump from another vehicle, my insurers passed the repair work over to FMG. They were excellent in doing a first class job in putting things right, and everything completed in less than one day. Many thanks to John for collecting my car and returning it after repair.

Excellent service, professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout

After a small accident my car was taken to FMG Ellesmere Port. My car was picked up from home and a courtesy car left with me. When the car repair was finished my car was returned and the courtesy car picked up. What a fantastic service.
My car has been repaired to a high standard, cleaned and polished before returning it.
All the staff I dealt with were knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The repair was completed slightly quicker than originally estimated.
Overall an excellent service, well done FMG Ellesmere Port.

FMG dealt with everything after my van needed to go in for repair after a minor incident.... everyone involved was very helpful and kept me informed from start to finish....was given a courtesy van to keep me on the road and working while mine was being repaired....the work carried out was first class and couldn't fault anything.Would definitely recommend...thanks to all involved
