I recently had my car repaired at this body shop, and the experience was absolutely brilliant! The repairs were done to perfection, and I highly recommend their services. Additionally, the lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and cheerful, making the whole process even more pleasant. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Excellent service

Oldbury branch quick response. Very friendly staff. Use of a courtesy car which could have been checked really the fob for the car was working intermittently, the hand brake was very high. I was very grateful to have had a vehicle to use. My car was repaired over a weekend. Brilliant job very high standard.

Make a difficult time relatively easy

Recently had my car repaired at the mitcham branch and it was excellent from start to finish, the ladies on the front desk answer the phone very quickly and had the answers for any questions I had. Also was kept updated on my repair via the fmg connect app which told me which stages my car was at so I knew how it was coming along, and finally the repair was absolutely perfect so I definitely recommend !

Just had my mini camper repaired by FMG Hull, I cannot fault the service or the repair.
Kept me informed at every stage, once approved by the insurance company, the repairs were carried out very quickly, I was surprised at the turnaround time. Well done FMG, a pleasure to deal with.

I was involved in a minor accident before Christmas and once the person who had hit my car admitted liability the matter was left in the hands of FMG’s Newport branch.
FMG provided a quick no-nonsense service. They kept in touch with me and sorted out the repairs very quickly.
The work carried out was to a very high standard. Special mention to Dave who collected and then brought back my car. Hopefully if you have an accident you’ll be lucky enough to be put in contact with FMG. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish

Total joke, accident was 4th december, they keep saying my insurance company have not sent it through. My insurance company say you have replied twice! I asked 4 different people in one phone call to speak to a manager at not one put me through.

Excellent - regular communication and polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Visibility of where the claim was made the process far less painful and avoided chaser phone calls.

Great customer service from. Speaking on the phone to the pick up, repair and drop off of my vehicle.

The process from start to finish has to be one of the most difficult process. I had nothing but hassle from the minute they tried to appoint a garage all the way to the payout. A process that shouldn't have tooken long has now been 1 month 10 days and yet waiting for a settlement payment, avoid this company and use another firm!

Great service, the rapid repair company were brilliant and the technician completing the work was exceptional and very professional.

Overall my experience with FMG was great. I was kept informed regularly of the repairs to my vehicle by text. Everyone
involved ie. telephone advisors and the drivers were very professional and pleasant in nature Highly recommended
