was booked in by tesco insurance and I was initially allocated a workshop in aberdeen which was then changed to ireland, then back to aberdeen. 10 days later. have phoned 3 times now - just saying someone will be intouch but noone does

Stress of being involved in an accident was lifted thanks to the professional staff at FMG

Following a repair, we discovered an unexpected issue when collecting our car. The company refused to take responsibility despite clear photographic evidence.

Communication was poor throughout: emails went unanswered, and concerns were repeatedly dismissed rather than addressed. The lack of accountability and customer care was disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
