Appalling
Why don’t you make the fact a restaurant is closed more prominent on the App ? It is far too easy to order, pay and then find out with a tiny box on screen that it is a pre order. Not even information about when it will be delivered (usually the next day).
And then no phone number anywhere on the App to ring up to cancel. Typing into an AI bot is just not good enough.
This is extremely poor.
No way to run a business.

Top notch food and great service.
We have been getting our takeaway food from Lubnas in Llantwit Major for as long as we can remember. We have never had an unacceptable meal from them. Quite the opposite, always freshly made with fresh ingredients and still really hot when we serve it out at home. The staff are always friendly and courteous to us and we shall keep coming here unless we move away. Great menu with plenty of choice and delivery if you are unable to collect. Highly Recommended. Thank you to all the staff.

Good portions very tasty.
Orders are Good portions, tasty, reasonably priced and fast service. Had few takeaways from here now very good. When delivered foods hot not warm like most 😋 👌

So far, much better that Just Eat, delivery drivers are polite, need more places to order from like Mcdonalds,KFC etc... but overall not had an ordering issue with Food hub.

5* food.. fast delivery.. always hot and fresh
5* food... the wraps and pizzas and unreal... friendly staff... prices are a little higher than other shops but you pay for nice quality food

Excellant service, always order from here, my son is Autistic and he won't eat from anywhere else because of the flavours, spice, textures, he especially loves the oreo cheesecake and oreo milkshake, and very affordable, the discount goes a long mile and well worth it. 10/10
