VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED Been a regular of Cardiff foodhub for quite some time. Ordered from a takeaway they advertised. Paid my money and they processed my order. When the delivery didn't arrive I telephoned the takeaway and they explained the food delivery was likely to be 3 hours later. I emailed foodhub asking for a refund and the process to recover my monies was so so complicated and it could take up to 5 working days for monies to be returned to my bank. I explained that I was in my 70s and disabled. They couldn't care less. Have lost my monies. Let that be a lesson to others

Experience was ok, didn’t really want to open an account.
The food arrived within time and was lovely, would’ve helped that the app let you know it was out for delivery because we were preparing things around the food arrival.

Absolutely gorgeous and I am exceptionally hard to please had a couple on the trot and each time better than the last veggie one is lovely. Just doing meal deal to see how that goes my only gripe is there are no anchovies on menu but nothing a trip to Tescos won’t cure Quick order processing. Staff lovely they were a bit shocked when I rang to say how much we enjoyed the pizza delivery prompt
