The food is absolutely amazing
The food is absolutely amazing, soft squishy Greek style pitta and char grilled chicken with wonderful sauces and salad! Delivery is swift and always with a smile, what's not to love?

Ordered cancelled
Ordered a collection and hour before needed and FoodHub said it was confirmed. I drove to collect only to see when I pulled up that the order was cancelled. Spoke to support who said they are not sure why it happened and maybe the restaurant was closed (definitely not as I was outside). I asked how I could be compensated and was told to speak to the restaurant. If I am doing that what is the point of using foodhub.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused. We’ve reviewed the chat and understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after receiving confirmation. Unfortunately, we’re unable to see why the restaurant cancelled the order, and only the restaurant can confirm the reason and discuss any compensation. We apologise for the confusion and inconvenience.

Food never arrived and was told to keep waiting and waiting by Foodhub! Ridiculous. Waited over 50 minutes thanks to Foodhub “advisor” messing about and still no food. Offered £3 as a gesture! No just wanted my food.
Had to fight for. my money back.
Won’t use Foodhub ever again deleted The app and will use a reliable service who actually help and have reliable shops.
Foodhub in response to your reply I heard all this from your two “customer service” advisors, used a much more reliable service yesterday and you have lost a customer. Bye

We’re really sorry for the upset and frustration caused, JJ. We’ve looked into the chat and can see that a refund was issued. We do need to obtain approval from the restaurant before processing refunds, which can unfortunately cause delays. We apologise for the time it took to get this resolved and for the experience you had.
