Paid for food that never arrived had to force a refund through my bank
I placed an order through Foodhub that was never delivered. When I contacted customer support, they flatly refused to issue a refund for the missing order. I was forced to go directly to my payment provider to reclaim my money for a service Foodhub failed to provide. Refusing to refund non existent orders is unacceptable. I have closed my account and won't recommend them to family and friends

If i could rate zero stars i would
If i could rate zero stars i would. What an absolute joke of a delivery site. I made an order and paid at 4.30pm I waited until 6.30pm until I tried to call the number given, all I got was voicemail for 21 calls. At 8pm I decided to go on the site and use the chat bot which then made me wait to speak to a human assistant. It gave a timer of 15mins to wait, the timer got to 12mins and went back up to 15mins 30 secs. This happened 3 times. By this time I was getting really annoyed. Eventually I was greeted by an assistant, only to tell me my order will have to be cancelled as its not been accepted and I will have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund!? He offered me a £3 coupon for the trouble. I said no thank you, i will 💯 never use this delivery service again. Its beyond a joke!

We're really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating the delay was. We've checked your order and can confirm that a full refund was issued. The £3 voucher was offered as a goodwill gesture to apologise for the inconvenience. While we advise 3–5 working days for card refunds, this is set by the banks and it's usually much faster.
