OUTSTANDING SERVICE I ordered a Large Nike Windrunner…
I ordered a Large Nike Windrunner jacket for my son’s birthday. An xl arrived and we thought it was incorrect (not realising that the XL was the Euro size) I emailed and a very helpful gentleman contacted me back within just a couple of minutes from receiving the email. He was very knowledgeable and offered to exchange should it not fit perfectly. My son tried it on, on his birthday and it’s a perfect fit! Thank you so much for taking the time to call and for all your help, even though we did not need to exchange it really put my mind at ease. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Hi Eddie,
Thank you for your message - and I hope you're doing well.
We saw your review and got in touch straight away to explain the situation. Unfortunately, due to a rare technical issue, your order didn’t appear on our Shopify dashboard, which is why it wasn’t processed as quickly as it should have been.
As soon as we identified the problem, we got the Nike t-shirt shipped out to you immediately and refunded your shipping costs as an apology for the delay.
We’re really glad to see that the t-shirt has now arrived safely and that you’re happy with it - thank you so much again for your patience and understanding.
If there’s anything else we can help with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best Wishes,

Haven’t been refunded:/
Really happy with the speed of the delivery and the clothes which came. However they were too big for me so sent the clothes back. I’ve written an email and tried to get in touch. It’s been nearly 3/4 weeks, heard nothing and haven’t had money back into my account. Even after following the required steps.

Hi Sean,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, and for ordering with us - we really appreciate it.
We’re so pleased to hear that your order arrived quickly and that you were happy with your Nike set, even though the fit wasn’t quite right!
To clarify, as reviews are pivotal to how our business operates and our commitment to providing the best service possible, we reached out to you via email once we received your return to discuss how you’d like to proceed. Unfortunately, it seems that email ended up in your spam folder, which meant you didn’t see it before leaving your review.
Once you spotted it and got back to us, we were able to resolve everything quickly - and we’re really glad to hear that all was sorted in the end.
Thanks again for your support.
Best Wishes,
Ellie
Happy customers
Recently ordered a t-shirt and shorts set for my son.
Sizing wasn't right (no fault of the company!) so I requested a return. I did have to email repeatedly and I think there was some kind of tech issue. The company owner/manager(?) Callum did get in touch via WhatsApp and couldn't have been more helpful in rectifying the issue and getting the smaller size sorted for us. He was really polite and went the extra mile. Would be worth the company looking at what happened to those initial emails as it could be alarming to some customers not to receive an initial response and this might lead to some poorer reviews, which would be a shame.
Both my son and I are very happy with the quality of the clothing received, and I would recommend Forever Sourcing. It's a welcome change in a world of large, faceless companies to receive individual service in this way.

Hi Nicky,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review - we truly appreciate your kind words and honest feedback.
We’re really glad to hear that both you and your son are happy with the quality of the clothing, and that Callum was able to get things sorted for you. Providing a more personal and helpful service is something we care deeply about, so it’s lovely to know that came across.
We do want to sincerely apologise for the initial communication issue. We’re currently reviewing our email system to ensure no messages are missed in future, and your feedback has been incredibly helpful in bringing this to our attention.
Thank you again for your support, Nicky - it means the world to us as a small business. We hope to see you again soon!

Hi Phillip,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm really sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience with us, and I’d like to offer some clarity on what happened with your order.
After your purchase was placed, our processing team carried out a routine quality check on the size 10s we had prepared for dispatch. Unfortunately, they identified a few issues that meant the item didn’t meet our standards and wasn’t suitable to be sent out.
Our sourcing team worked promptly to try and find an alternative pair in the same size, but were unfortunately unable to secure one. We did reach out via email to offer other options available on our website, along with a generous discount as a goodwill gesture. As we didn’t hear back and due to the time-sensitive nature of our fulfilment process, the order had to be cancelled. A cancellation confirmation should have been sent to your inbox, though I’d be more than happy to resend it if needed.
We’re genuinely sorry we weren’t able to complete your order as intended. If there are any other P-6000 pairs - or any other style - you’re interested in, we'd love the opportunity to help and hopefully provide a better experience going forward.
Best Wishes,
Forever Sourcing

My partner ordered me a pair of cow print sambas as a gift. They never showed up and when he sent an email he never got a reply. Eventually the owner messaged him when my partner left a one star review and the issue was sorted. However when the new pair of trainers arrived they had sent the wrong pair. After a few days of trying to find out if they are going to send the correct item out, my partner has had no reply. Not a great service at all for an independent business. Would not recommend

Hi Laura,
I hope you're well and you had a lovely Easter Bank Holiday. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have just responded to your partner's review there, which is for the same order so I am going to copy it in to this response.
Before doing so, I would like to pass on our sincere apologies for the delay regarding your order. I am so to happy to hear that your order has arrived to you and we wish you all the best!
"
First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologise for your experience with us - it’s clear we fell short, and I completely understand your frustration. What should have been a smooth and straightforward order turned into something far from ideal, due to a mix of unfortunate circumstances and mistakes on our end.
You placed your order on the 28th of March, and it was collected by Royal Mail the following day. When we saw your review on Trustpilot on the 5th of April, we immediately got in touch. After investigating with both yourself and Royal Mail, it was clear that the parcel had been lost.
Once we confirmed this, we quickly arranged a replacement pair and refunded your original shipping costs. Unfortunately, Royal Mail has since refused to cover the cost of the lost item, which really epitomises the overall experience - frustrating for you as a customer and disheartening for us as a small business.
Things took another turn when the wrong pair of shoes was sent to you - we mistakenly sent the Adidas SL72 Cow Print instead of the Adidas Samba Cow Print you originally ordered. While they may be visually similar, it was still a significant error, and one that should not have happened. For that, we’re truly sorry.
Despite all of this, you remained incredibly patient and understanding throughout. That didn’t go unnoticed, and I want to personally thank you for your kindness during what was undoubtedly a frustrating process.
After providing you with a returns label, you sent the SL72s back to us, and once we received them, we promptly sent out the correct pair - the Adidas Samba Cow Prints - which I’m happy to hear have now arrived.
We know the delay and the back-and-forth were unacceptable, and your one-star review is more than fair. We pride ourselves on customer service, and this was a moment where we fell short. It’s important to us to own our mistakes, and to always respond - whether the feedback is positive or not.
Thank you again for choosing to order with us in the first place. We truly appreciate it, and we wish you all the best going forward.
Warm regards,
Forever Sourcing"
