Absolutely atrocious company

Absolutely atrocious company. Do not buy anything from these. Waited almost 6 months for a watch to be told after my 15th chase that they cannot guarantee "early delivery" incredibly. Failed promise after failed promise for even updates, let alone delivery. Watches might look nice, but not worth the hassle. Worst company i have ever dealt with. Mind-blowingly bad. 1 star flatters them.

Scam Alert!! Run - Spend money elsewhere

If I could leave a negative star I would. Placed my order in March, it is now mid-september. Nothing during the ordering process alerted me to tell me that the watch was unavailable. Or awaiting shipment from China. No follow ups except constant advertisements to buy more watches!! Look at this new watch!!

Terrible Customer Service - No care provided

Sadly I purchased a watch from here before and had no issues, lovely watch good value for money and always getting compliments but things seem to have changed, not sure if its been taken over by another company but your service is appalling. I had placed a watch for my sons 21st in the basket, I wanted to check with y hubby that evening, it was on offer with a percentage saving, making it really affordable. The following morning i went to purchase the watch for it to be FULL PRICE, no offer countdown like on most websites, this now made the watch unaffordable. Ihave contacted the customer services team who are not responding and not helping what so ever. I have made it clear this is for my Sons 21st therefore need to get sorted and still no response, leaving me unsure qhat is happening. Customerservce is appalling and 'offers' are very misleading

Ordered a watch on May 20 2025 still order hasnt arrived. Requested refund and they arent responding properly to it. Feeling just stuck and probably scammed by this so called website. They say restocking is supposed to happen it never does.

Avoid buying from them

Ordered a watch 03/04/2025 and it is still yet to arrive. The only correspondence I get is when I have chased them up to find out where my watch is. I’ve requested to cancel the order and have a refund to be told that the order is in process so can’t be refunded even though they’ve given me no indication when the watch will be in stock.
Avoid buying from them.

Forge and Foster is garbage top to bottom

DONT BUY Forge and Fosters garbage watches.
Paid for a 'pre order' watch in May. My watch arrived off the band, why? Because the Lug Holes were not drilled. And wher someone 'attempted to drill them, the case was all scratched.This was obviously a used piece of leftovers that they tried to pawn off to me as new. Absolute garbage. Customer service is worthless and completely inept. Run around for 2 months, excuses, promises and in the end nothing. THE WORST shopping experience I have EVER had online or otherwise. Makes me happy sharing this experience on WatchCrunch so others dont buy this JUNK.

Bad experience

Watch is very good. Quality is on point however the dial is quite hard to see and the rubber strap is quite small. A
Good watch for the price. But I waited almost 6 months for this watch. No watch is good enough for you to wait that along, forge and foster isn’t a luxury brand, it’s just another random watch company so 6 months is insane. They also state “free” shipping however when it arrived in the uk I was charged duties and taxes which wasn’t made clear when ordering, when their Instagram states no duties or taxes in uk orders. Furthermore, responses were slow. And by the time I received my watch, the watch was now £20 cheaper. Good watch. Bad experience w the business. Won’t be buying again.

Useless and misleading

I have a few FF watches and never had an issue but, it's been a few years since I ordered my last watch. Ordered recently for brothers 50th. No notification of late or pre order and now watch is weeks late. I'll be following up with trading standards and posting screenshots of communication, or lack thereof. Last watch I'll order form them. Asked for refund today!!!

10th July update. Still no watch and still no delivery date. I received a delivery note claiming 3-5 business dasy for delivery. Now told its on 'pre-order'. This was NOT declared when I ordered the watch, as part of 50th birthday gift for my brother. Emails say nothing, just lots of words with no info. Have alerted Trading Standards today....

Forge & Foster is Deceptive and frustrating experience

Forge & Foster is extremely misleading. Every watch looks like it’s available with 2–3 day shipping, but what they don’t clearly tell you is that most of their inventory is actually on pre-order. Nowhere on the site is this made obvious — I searched multiple product pages, and only after placing the order did I find out I’d be waiting weeks.

I’ve placed several orders and had to cancel two of them because they were also hidden pre-orders. This is not a one-time issue — it’s a pattern.

Customer service is just as slow — it takes weeks to get any kind of response.

If you’re expecting a straightforward shopping experience, don’t waste your time here. This company needs to be more transparent with its customers.

No Communication at all.

Ordered my second watch as loved my first, they never said it was not in stock, no contact, so got in touch after a few weeks to be told they would let me know when it come in stock, nearly 2 months later no watch, so just cancelled it, sad and a shame as lovely watches just a poor Cowboy Company.

I have one watch from F&F and it is a…

I have one watch from F&F and it is a nice watch, but the time it took to deliver was embarrassingly long. I have a second order for two more, this time, we are now on 3 months and order is yet to be fulfilled. This is a real downside to this company. Their watches are nice, but they have a very tardy delivery service that makes the watch experience poor.

"Preorder? Still Waiting, still waiting.

Ordered a watch 3/1/25 only to later discover it was a "preorder" for April. Now we are in May and still nothing.

As of 6/11/25 - I have an email that says it will ship the end of May but here we are on June 11 and nothing.

Ordered in 2024 still not here in April 2025

My partner ordered me a watch before Christmas in 2024, we are now in April and still no sign of the watch. Everytime she emails them she gets a email back saying something along the lines of “we are working on it”. Extremely poor service.

Buyer beware!

I ordered my watch on Feb 3 and as of March 15 I STILL had not received it!
I got emails claiming that the watch is in "preorder" status. Why not tell me that BEFORE I send you my money??
I read 2 year old reviews that overwhelmingly mention that watches are on hold because of production "delays".
And I have yet to receive my refund.
This company is very suspect...do not send them your money!

I have bought three watches from this…

I have bought three watches from this company and to be fair the quality is very good but watch when you order on the website as it says in the small print pre-order,which means you can end up waiting along time for the watch to arrive.
It looks like they are making watches to order and not carrying stock.
I fell foul of this with a watch I recently bought as I present for Christmas but was then told it wasn’t going to arrive on time and they couldn’t tell me when it would arrive, so I had to go to a different company for the present to get a refund from Forge and Foster .
To add insult to injury they offered me two watch of inferior quality in place of the one I ordered. They need to sort out their manufacturing and ordering system so as not to disappoint !!!!!!!

Placed and paid for a watch order 10…

Placed and paid for a watch order 10 days ago and have had no communication or confirmation of when the product will be shipped. Contacted the company yesterday through their customer support link via email and still no response. I'm not sure if this company is legit and will be calling my bank in the morning to dispute the charge.
