I shop at Found Sound religiously. Apart from the range of products being world class, I can't speak highly enough of Lewis and the crew that work there. Gold standard customer service, but honest, genuine questions and feedback. They greet me by name and always seem to remember conversations with me, ask me about older purchases I have bought and give me honest personal user experiences with a product I'm looking at. Favorite place to shop at and its not even close.

Lewis and the Found Sound team always go above and beyond to exceed expectations, whether it's their huge range of inspiring gear, fair shipping prices, or exemplary customer service. They've often arranged next-day overseas delivery to me here in Aotearoa New Zealand, and even held up the courier driver for 10 minutes today to make sure I'd get my order in time for the holidays! I've only needed to return one item across multiple orders, and they made the replacement process fast and hassle-free. If you're an international buyer like me, don't hesitate to put your trust in Found Sound. They're friendly, efficient, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for all the great gear and exemplary customer service!

I love Found Sound. Best music store Australia. I check out the website nearly every day to see what new stuff is coming in. I live 4hrs away but still visit a couple of times a year and have done so since Lewis first hung a guitar in the window of the old shop in Elgin Street. I just sold a guitar on consignment and the friendly and knowledgable team helped me get a great price without the stress…they have a huge range of new, used and vintage gear…if you love music this is the place…I could go on and on but you should just go there

Great communication and timeliness by the good folks at Found Sound. They handled my pre-order, follow up, and shipment of a much anticipated module fast and professionally. Awesome customer service experience!

Awesome experience with the Found Sound team ! They were very helpful about my pre-order and took time to reply my emails. Really serious and prompt communication for an International order.
All the best

Great mob of peoples. Fixed my Eurorack module no drama. Always prompt shipping and bad/good jokes in-store.

I cannot recommend found sound more highly. I was hesitant to buy a guitar from anywhere other than my regular store, let alone have one delivered, but my guitar arrived the next day in perfect condition and already tested.

Lewis and the team go above and beyond. I bought the guitar online and outside of store hours and yet it was processed within the hour and sent first thing the next morning with immediate updates. I’m so happy with my squier Tele. Thanks again, Found Sound!

I just bought a beautiful J Mascis Jazzmaster from Found Sound, and the whole experience was super easy and super quick. Excellent communication with the guys at Found Sound made it easy to find out cost and shipping (I'm in New Zealand) and the guitar arrived the day after my purchase. Fantastic service, will probably shop again.

Great service and prices and a very happy customer across the ditch here in Auckland.

Got a great deal on some Elektron gear and had it delivered safe and sound next day. Much better range and pricing compared to any local stores here.

Outstanding customer service. Great range. Quick interstate delivery. So many good things about this shop!

These guys and girls are professional. They know their stuff. Prices are realistic. They have sold some of my excess gear and a joy to deal with

Ordered some guitar parts and not only the best price I could find online but also shipped from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast QLD and on my desk in under 24 hours. Couldn't have been any easier.

The guys at Found Sound rock it was a smooth hassle-free transaction with the item as described. Very professional throughout the transaction. I would recommend these guys if you're wanting to buy vintage gear ....it is packed so well. these guys Rock!!

Friendly and quick service.
Really appeached that they took on a slightly weird repair for me. after i broke a eurorack module.

Would recommend them

Lewis and the team at Found Sound have shipped me items to NZ faster, with much better service and at competitive enough prices to make it worth my while. I'd much rather deal with them than a particular NZ retailer. Absolutely recommend.

The guys at foundsound always provide amazing service.

Communicative, competitively priced, professionally packaged goods with prompt postage. Top stuff all around. Many thanks to Lewis and Dan, particularly.

Really honest crew. Lewis was very helpful. You know that feeling when you get a good vibe about someone or something,,,, That's these guys. My amp arrived exactly how they described, super fast and packaged with care all the way from the other side of the country.

My recent purchase of a new telecaster from Found Sound was a great experience. I was able to laybuy, which was great for my peace of mind, and the whole process was great. When the guitar arrived it was in great condition and set up well. I highly recommend Found Sound.
