DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

They know all the tricks on how not to give you a refund. They sell on amazon and when you realise how bad the quality is they will send you a fake returns label to delay and essentially block your return and amazon make it very difficult to gain support or help when this happens. Incredibly sneaky company with the only goal to take your money. It’s basically fraud.

Absolutely disgusting service and company. Order a black frame and received a white one. They would not send the correct frame or refund! Will never use this company ever again. The quality of the frames are cheap and poorly made!

AVOID THIS COMANY AT ALL COSTS! Made an order for £90 worth of frames. Requested a cancellation immediately after checking trust pilot reviews via BOTH ‘shop’ order page AND emailing the customer service email AND replying to the order confirmation email (that it stipulates you can reply to for help with your order).

I then sent the same copy/paste cancellation request around 15 times throughout the day and they chose to ignore all of them and then have despatched the items at the end of the day anyway. Absolutely infuriated with their sneaky behaviour. Don’t waste your time or money with this shambles of a company.

Don't waste your money. I never got what I ordered and they can't be bothered to reply to me to try to resolve this! Unprofessional and Unhelpful!!

The picture frame was perfect, being able to becide plastic thickness and other things was brilliant and money savings. Will come back happily

AVOID!!!! Arrived damaged and refusing to refund or replace. Having to do a chargeback with my bank.

Purchased a white, square frame. Dimensions are perfect, frame is good quality and great value. It also arrived quickly and well packaged. Very happy either way purchase and will buy from you again.

Overall, delivery was very quick. The quality i would say is lower than IKEA, but I couldn’t find the size I wanted there. The cut finish could have been better as you can see the corner joints. Still I’m reasonably happy with what I’ve got. Thank you.

Ordered the frames. Absolutely perfect for what I wanted. Am going to order some more shortly. Very pleased with them.

Don’t waste your money on these cheap tatty looking picture frames.
They are basically MDF with oak looking plastic ironed or glued on. As if that isn’t bad enough the cut edges are jagged and ill fitted whilst the corners are put together with corner pins.
My grandchildren could have done a better job of making these at nursery.

Good product, good price

I was disappointed with the clips. On opening, two were twisted, which couldn’t be used at all. The remaining clips didn’t seem to fit that well, they were loose and kept falling out! I felt the curved bit on the back could have been slightly flatter, therefore making them a little more flush and tighter (closer to the board)

The White Mount was too big for the picture... So no good to me... I have to go to the Photo Shop to order new ones...
Waste of Money

Frame was as on website , once it arrived. But delivery company let them down. As poor notificatipn of delivery time eyc which arrived very late in evening.

Frame was exactly what I wanted. Easy to put together. No fuss. Took a little longer than expected to arrive but guess that was due to Bank Holiday.
