Don’t buy from here if you are in Europe.

I always make sure items are in stock before I buy and I check multiple sources: this one came highly recommended for fast delivery. Well it’s been 3 weeks now and the parcel is still making its way around the US! And has been for the last week! Took them 9 days to even send the items (that were marked as in stock) god knows how long it will be before it actually ends up with me. I’m sure the company is perfectly fine for domestic deliveries but damn don’t do it if you are in Europe. I’ve had Wigoutlet arrive from US in 4 days, I’ve had Chiquel arrive from US within the week. Absolutely no need for the delay.

I have about 15 or more wigs from Frannie’s. Different colors, brands, lengths and styles. I have exchanged about three for various reasons. Any time I’ve had any questions they have returned my calls quickly. Their prices are great and customer service is second to none in my experience.

Frannie's Hair is one of the best websites to find the hair of your dreams, most of the webpages for the wigs have a video review at the bottom by Frannie; she also has wonderful informational videos on YouTube. I have ordered from Frannie's and never been disappointed.

Frannie's hair has the best customer service, best prices, great videos to help you decide the best wig for your needs and is run by truly good people. I've purchased wigs from 6+ websites but after finding Frannie's Hair, I will never purchase from anyone else.

this retailer is not LGBT friendly. Bought one wig that didn't work out and sent it back in pristine condition. Shortly after I emailed with questions about another style and never got a response. I sent a second email and never got a response. They are not professional and part of the weird YouTube clique that acts like they're in high school.

I have purchased many wigs from Frannie's, a small, woman-owned online wig retailer. All the wigs they carry are great quality, and they have frequent sales. They carry almost all of the major name brands at very good prices. Their return policy is one of the best of the wig retailers I've purchased from.

Frannie's also has amazing customer service and fast shipping. I ordered wigs from the Open Box sale section last Friday they arrived on the following Monday.
