Sounded great. HOWEVER, NOT! Said they were in Ft. Lauderdale (true), family owned (unsure if true) and that owner formerly served in the military (unsure). Never told they were brokers. Told that truck was to arrive on certain weekday and time. As of 8 pm the day before, I still didn't have a truck arriving as promised. I tried calling and texting numerous times after talking with salesman, quality control, and a woman who was to give me the arrival info. Now I only get voice mail. Go to US government FCMSA to ascertain info. Won't use at all. I'm trying to be considerate to cancel. This has now been a frustrating experience.

This moving company did an excellent job, I have made numerous moves as we are a military family. This moved us from Sacramento California all the way to Austin Texas. I was a little skeptical about them using a different moving carrier& it being a different company picking us up, but Ryan insured me that they only use 4 moving carriers nationwide, and I will have to say put your trust in this company!!!! Everything turned out to go exactly as me and Ryan discussed, the company was very attentive in reaching out to me letting me know when the truck will arrive at pick up and with the drop off. And I was amazed at how quick they got my belongings all the way out to Austin Texas. It only took them about six days. They were very attentive when they first arrive they disassembled all my furniture very articulately, they collected all the hardware so none of the nuts and bolts or screws were lost. Overall they did a phenomenal job I will definitely be using them again, and I recommend this company to anybody that is looking to make a long-distance move. Everything that this company promised me came true and it turned out better than I thought it would highly recommend freedom movers.

At first I was really nervous about choosing a mover , out of all of the companies I spoke with and received quotes from this was by far the most honest and helpful company throughout my moving process. They were extremely detailed and prepared me on how to pack and what to do so things would go smoothly on the day of pick up. Freedom Express gave me the honest delivery window of 10-14 days and my items arrived on the 13th business day. If you’re looking for a honest and reputable company I would highly recommend Freedom Express.

***DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY***. They picked my daughter's furniture up on August 9, 2022. It is September 12, 2022, and my daughter has not received her furniture. I paid $3800.00 to have my daughter's furniture moved from Maryland to California, at the time I was told her furniture would be delivered within 14 days. I was not told this company was a broker. Each time I call and speak with Nicole about my daughter's furniture she act so surprised that it has not been delivered and states she will contact the movers to get the status and call me back and she never returns my call. She has since stop taking my calls. I have contacted the movers about the 14 day time frame and was told that the 14 day time frame
is after they leave Maryland. I spoke to the moving company on September 9th and was told the furniture was being loaded to ship out on September 10th and I would receive an email giving me a date for delivery. It is September 12th and no email.

Unreliable and untruthful service. Here is how they do this
While selling the contract the seller tells you that its a family business, they dont tell you that they are a broker - they dont tell you that they will only connect the actually carrier who doesn’t care too much about what Freedom Express guys told you
The worst thing about these guys is that while they are always available on the phone before you pay the initial amount, once you pay they dont pick a single call from you - NOT A SINGLE ONE - this will leave you frustrated and nervous about how the move will execute. My friendly advice, do not use this service. I called 1888-DOT-SAFT to ensure I can raise a formal complaint once the move is complete.

Absolutely horrible experience, once they get your deposit they don’t answer your call. They basically say here is the moving company that the items are with and reach out to them. Freedom Express moving says they will guarantee rates and work with the moving company on your behalf. It’s all BS. The Rep's name was Jerrid who was very friendly at first but then after they get there deposit he would only communicate through text (that's fishy at best). I measured all my boxes and kept a great track of the items moved. The moving coming ended up charging me 120 cubic feet more than was delivered. When the truck arrived all my stuff was at the back of the truck so I was able to see exactly how much space my items took up in the truck. If the measuring tape wasn't good enough, the cubic feet were literally on the roof by every 100 ft. So it was incredible easy to see exactly how much space was taken up. So all in all I basically paid $1500 over what I should have paid for this move. Do not use this company. I repeat do no use this company. They wont do anything they say. Spend 5 more minutes into researching and find another company.

100% scamming scoundrels. They are brokers that take your deposit then dump you into another moving company entirely. Nothing they say or promise is true. Do not walk, RUN from this company. Once they get your money, they don't give a F about you or the promises they made. I hope karma gets the best of them. Oh ya, the 5 star reviews they have are FAKE and all reported from the same IP address.

**Please read this before you book a service with this company! I booked a move with this company and was satisfied with the experience at first. They assured me I could get my deposit back if I called and canceled my booking at least 5 days before my move date. But my move fell through, and when I tried to cancel my booking and get my deposit back, not only did the agent who claimed to be available 24/7 not return my calls, but the customer service also asked me to send an email to the support team, and I never heard back from them. The customer service agents never pick up or return my calls, and the agent in charge of my move is still ignoring my calls and messages. I still haven’t been able to get my deposit back! Great service…

This company will call multiple times a day to get your business and promise an efficient and timely move. They will also promise excellent customer service and tell you to reach out with any questions. So far what I have got is the complete opposite. After paying my deposit, I had to reach out multiple times to get a pick up date. Then the movers showed up and my daughter was charge $48 for four large boxes to wrap up two large picture frames. We specifically followed every instruction and the pictures were double bubble wrapped. When booking I was told delivery would be up to a week after pickup. It is now 3 days after that and we still have no delivery date. Also, not one person has reached out with any delivery information. Myself and my daughter (who this move was for) have not heard a word from freedom express. We however have reached out multiple times and we’re either ignored or given completely different answer depending on who we talked to. During booking it was up to a week for delivery. Then it changed to 5-7 business days. They picked up on a Saturday so not sure what this company considers business days. Also got answers of 7-10 business days and 10-14 business days. The company will also tell you they are veteran owned and are held to a high standard. I really don’t believe that and see that’s just a way to get business since there is no standard here. During one call I was told I could call the company they subbed the job out to to see when they would arrive.. So I payed over $2200 to have a company move my daughter and basically got told here’s a number, you can figure it out. The delivery that had to go less than 1000 miles still hasn’t arrived and no one knows when it will after 9 days. I would stay as far away from this company unless you love terrible customer service and communication with a bunch of confusion and uncertainty mixed in!
