Lovely people that genuinely love what they do and care. Set up snd install of hearing aids was fun and relaxing never rushed snd the product so far is great. Couldn't be happier.

The lady at Freedom Hearing McKinnon
The lady at Freedom Hearing McKinnon - Vicki was first class . But the outcome of the hearing test was devastatingly bad . I was penalised an extra 4% on my hearing rating because of my age which took me out of claiming range . This was never mentioned until 2 years into the claim. Freedom Hearing have been excellent since though.!

An absolute brilliant experience with Freedom Hearing.
Convenient to get to, parking at the front door wich is important for me. Clinicians will clearly explain and answer your questions. Great customer service the moment you walk in.

Rang and was answered promptly, both people I spoke with were very helpful, Sebastian was more then helpful, I advised that my hearing was bad could he speak slowly and a bit louder , he apologised so the rest of the conversation was great, he explained all about hearing aids I had been fitted for seemed very knowledgeable on all subject matter I requested.

the audiologist was so understand and gave me clear instructions on how to in the future do changes of the ear buds .
Also have done this previously and the lady on reception please look after he she is a great asset to the company

Rainan was helpful & thorough
Rainan was helpful & thorough. It just took a few postponed appointments, before we finally saw him, I believe, we were told he had not been well, each time we were booked to see him. Unfortunately we had travelled all the way from Kempsey the first time without being notified in time, but I guess that couldn’t be helped if you don’t know until the day you are unwell, plus we did wait 45 mins before seeing him when we finally did get to see him. Rainan spoke clear & precise, we felt comfortable to ask questions, which were clearly answered.
