Today I was having a very hard day…
Today I was having a very hard day trying to get my situation handled correctly. I spoke with several agents before I was connected with Ms. Makiya At store #8505 She was very professional and worked in a timely manner. Even though she was not the person who originally answered my call, she took over and got the job done. I truly appreciated speaking with someone as respectful, patient, kind, and helpful as she was. Her customer service was excellent, and she made a stressful situation much easier for me. Honestly, she deserves a raise for the way she handled everything so professionally.

Zero stars
Zero stars. Rep was shady, I asked what is the broker fee, didn't give me figure just said its in the premium then he says my monthly payment is
$49. Now he says the Rep will tell me the down payment when I go into the office. I had to push him what the down payment is, He said around $350! No Freeway scam for me, don't waste your time and money.

Do not shop with this company for many reasons …
Do not shop with this company for insurance! They are sloppy and unprofessional. First, they got my policy wrong. And when I called about it, they never returned my call. After calling again, I finally was able to talk to my representative. After telling her that the address was wrong, she pretended to correct it but never did. Then upon further investigation, I noticed that my DOT number was wrong on my policy. So I called back again and was told that she would get back with me. Instead she texted me instead of calling me. If that wasn’t bad enough, the ELD device that I need to in order to run my company was sent to a completely different address. Why, because she never corrected the mistake that she claimed to have fixed. I can go on and on about the unprofessional behavior that was displayed by my representative but it would be redundant. I just want anyone who is thinking about choosing this company for insurance to reconsider and find another company.
