I was in a rush to get an SR-22 for my DMV appointment the following day and Matt was able to get it done and sent electronically to them all before my appointment. And not to mention the smokin deal that Matt found for me was the cherry on the cake.
I had zero issues and it was an easy and quick process from start to finish

I was in the process of going back to my previous car insurance company. I was transferred over to speak to Lalorrie who has been extremely helpful with finding my previous policy I had with them. She was able to find me a reasonable price quote that fits my budget. I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend having Lalorrie as your account representative. Now I can drive at ease. DO NOT CALL OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I just called about my renters insurance policy. The girl acted like she couldn't hear and transferred me. A dude answered and had mumbled; (Something like,) .."i'm going to call the cops." I don't know (LIKE)WHAT! he was talking about.. Anyway, I was then told my renters insurance policy had been canceled in February. I think this is why. So, I got the policy directly online through the agency. Really, I am sure the girls are beautiful, but, I do not need another baby trying to play middleman playing with his food and making a mess everywhere. Pero, yo necesito mucho mujeres de bonita en la casa y no en el calle.

My experience was definitely top tier. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Kathleen Chouinard 🥰 such a lovely lady. She was very warm and welcoming. She listened to my situation and needs with understanding and/or relation. We had laughs, real life realizations and business all in one. If I could I would give her a raise. Freeway was fantastic! They found me an incredible rate and were very informative and helpful getting my insurance all straightened out! Joanna was great to work with out of dade county.. so nice and so helpful. she was just great! Definitely recommend going to freeway insurance!
