Very easy process from start to finish. From initial meeting to arranging installation dealing with Fresh solar was easy. Small hiccup as wrong mounts delivered but resolved within the hour and installation finished on time. the installers were all really nice helpful people.

Right from initial contact our entire 10-panel solar installation went very smoothly and astonishingly quickly. Bearing in mind that numerous companies had said "oh no your roofs aren't suitable", Fresh Solar were helpful and professional, and went beyond what we had thought possible. So far it seems to be working better than expected. We were impressed.

Leo the salesman was amazing at explaining everything, and was responsive with texts sent (I did not try to call, I prefer to communicate by text. The fitter was excellent, he recommended 2 additional panels after the scaffolding was installed, these were also fitted the same day. We also opted for optimizers and 3 batteries.. the app is excellent and I'm considering expanding battery capacity once we've worked out how much we're earning from sell back. All in all a very good experience and would highly recommend.

Leo, our sales guy, was the most responsive, honest, and down-to-earth salesperson we've ever dealt with. His genuine care and passion for making the installation work for us, despite a few obstacles along the way, truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly tailored to our needs.

The installation team, Matt and Dan, made the whole process look seamless. They took the time to listen to our requests, making sure everything was neat and tidy—going the extra mile to hide cables wherever possible. Their attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch, and they really considered every aspect to make the system not only functional but aesthetically pleasing.

Pleasure to have had this company to install my solar panels & battery. The Installers were very polite & friendly. Clean & tidy all done in a day. Once fitted i was told there is room for 2 more panels so I have ordered them to come. They are fitting 4 working days later.i would highly recommend this company.

From making an enquiry online to having a sales rep turn up within 2days to getting my solar fitted and working in just a week.
What can I say very pleased overall. Price wise was around what I was expecting.
Very good workmanship and seemed a very professional outfit.
My only down side was the scaffolding obviously outsourced looked a little bit scary and NO SCAFF TAG PRESENT. But the lads worked quickly

The service was excellent - professional and highly organised. Great communication through the whole process, comprehensive documentation detailing the quote, system and guarantees, etc, installed to schedule, completed the install to a high standard the same day. Given a clear explanation of the system by the installer and all the documentation followed for the MCS certificate to allow to sell back to the grid, and EPVS validation. We have been getting excellent energy savings since installed. I highly recommend this company.

From ordering to installation was much faster than I imagined it would be.
The installers were very quick, clean and tidy. And the system was generating as they left, even though it was overcast.
My electricity bill is almost a quarter of what it was, though that may change come winter.
They were very helpful when setting up the feed in tariff too.

Sales team in our area made an honest and effective 'pitch'. Agreed to meeting. John gave an informative explanation and all felt unpressured. Assessment led to a recommended 'set up' and at (to me) a fair price. Prompt installation by competent team who explained everything and did a great job (including clearing up and taking away all rubbish, etc).

Can't fault the installation team quick clean and professional attitude.
Bought through Costco and everything has gone well.

I ordered a retrofit battery package from Costco (for an existing set of 10 solar panels). We also purchased two additional 2.9kw batteries. The service from Fresh Electrical was excellent and we were fully informed about delivery details and what to expect from the engineers. On the day, the engineers arrived on time and conducted their work efficiently, leaving no mess or disruption. They explained how the system works and set the app up so we can monitor the amount of energy stored / spent at any time. We expected this to be a stressful experience, but it was quite the opposite. Would highly recommend Fresh Electrical.

I ordered my panels and battery through Costco and from the first contact Fresh Electrical were super helpful, explaining the process and advising on what the best options were. The installation team were very respectful to my property and explained how the system worked and the App.

A really lovely team from survey to installation. Very professionally and efficient And quick. I couldn’t believe how quickly the panels were installed and up and running.

Although very pleased with Nigel the salesman, and the subsequent supply, Fresh Electrical Solutions has turned out to be a typical "take your money and run" type of company. Having secured the sale, it is no longer responsive or customer focussed. Uncaring and
