Absolutely terrible service. Made an appointment with us, never showed up, called or left an email.
• When questioned, they replied by saying the roof wasn’t suitable. They never showed up so I’m very interested to know how this check was done. Especially as my roof is no different from the rest of the street who a large number of people have solar panelling.
• They claimed to have called. No messages were left, no emails were sent and the only possible number that called that day from the same area code as this company didn’t reply when I answered and it sounded like a call centre.
Absolute waste of our time and they showed zero remorse or understanding after we rearranged our afternoons, during our working hours to be available for this meeting

Ordered a battery through Costco, installation date scheduled but less than a week before they EMAIL me to say sorry, due to a shortage we can't install until January!!!! This is clearly a problem with their supply only given I have now secured one for a similar price elsewhere and 4 other local suppliers all have stock! What is worse is they are still advertising them as a stocked item with Costco knowing full well they can't fulfil the order for at least 2 months. The customer service is also non-existent as when I mentioned how it was upsetting to receive that news on an email, you could almost hear Calvin shrug without a care. If you want customer service, go elsewhere. If you want a Tesla Powerwall, go elsewhere. If you want someone to call you if there is an issue, go elsewhere.

Very efficient installation and order handling. Scaffolding was erected the day previously and work completed the following day, fast but efficiently done by highly competent workers. No hassle, no mess.

From initial contact to first-time successful installation, everything conducted in a professional, friendly and supportive way.

Clearly not an inexpensive investment, but Fresh Solar provide a competitive offering, using the latest technology and quality products.

Excellent service - good communication from company, very friendly engineer on initial site visit for installation of solar panels. Quick turnaround from order to installation, and very friendly and helpful engineers on installation day. Good information from the installation engineers on how to use the solar panels and battery. Certificates and guarantees all received quickly after installation. Highly recommended.

Had my solar fitted last week. AMAZING !!, from the first contact to the installation Fresh made it a breeze , solar was installed by friendly professionals that were very clean and tidy , after sales with Dan to answer my questions was awesome so having nothing to complain about all very very happy !!
Don’t know why people are so hung up on cost and when are your getting your money back blah blah, it’s instant savings and no more nasty bills , even charges my car up for free !!! …. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRESH 👍

I bought my system through the Norwich City council "Solar together" scheme, and Fresh electrical were the nominated supplier. Good service from start to finish, the survey was informative and helpful, confirming the system was right for me. The installers arrived on time and completed the work quickly and tidied up after themselves. A good, tidy installation, I'm an electrician so I know good work when I see it. All relevant paperwork completed promptly and I had a small query, post installation, which was also answered in a timely manner. I just need the sun to come out now...

I bought the package via Costco and this company were nominated by Costco to install them. They have said that its against their policy to do a site survey beforehand for Costco customers but said that they'd see what they can do. They have also said that they depend simply on my photos. They have sent a plan with the solar panels on the side of the house that gets the least sun. In short they haven't sent anybody to do any site survey and I am not letting them go ahead and put the solar panels on the wrong side of the house. No way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The surveyor was so informative. The whole teams' work ethics was professional and all knew what they had to do. Only issue was that the scaffolding was taken off late.

Very easy process from start to finish. From initial meeting to arranging installation dealing with Fresh solar was easy. Small hiccup as wrong mounts delivered but resolved within the hour and installation finished on time. the installers were all really nice helpful people.

Right from initial contact our entire 10-panel solar installation went very smoothly and astonishingly quickly. Bearing in mind that numerous companies had said "oh no your roofs aren't suitable", Fresh Solar were helpful and professional, and went beyond what we had thought possible. So far it seems to be working better than expected. We were impressed.

Leo the salesman was amazing at explaining everything, and was responsive with texts sent (I did not try to call, I prefer to communicate by text. The fitter was excellent, he recommended 2 additional panels after the scaffolding was installed, these were also fitted the same day. We also opted for optimizers and 3 batteries.. the app is excellent and I'm considering expanding battery capacity once we've worked out how much we're earning from sell back. All in all a very good experience and would highly recommend.

Pleasure to have had this company to install my solar panels & battery. The Installers were very polite & friendly. Clean & tidy all done in a day. Once fitted i was told there is room for 2 more panels so I have ordered them to come. They are fitting 4 working days later.i would highly recommend this company.

From making an enquiry online to having a sales rep turn up within 2days to getting my solar fitted and working in just a week.
What can I say very pleased overall. Price wise was around what I was expecting.
Very good workmanship and seemed a very professional outfit.
My only down side was the scaffolding obviously outsourced looked a little bit scary and NO SCAFF TAG PRESENT. But the lads worked quickly
