Flat cleaning.
The tenant left the apartment without cleaning anything and was so dirty but David’s cleaning team did such a great work that everything started looking better. I am so happy and satisfied with their work. Would use their services again and also suggest to friends and family.

Disappointing lack of attention to detail
I wouldn’t rely on this company if you need an end of tenancy clean and you want your deposit back. Unfortunately they just didn’t do the job well and this was pointed out on our check-out report, all in areas which the company claims to cover, e.g. insides of windows, bathroom tiles, WC. We regret paying the money as we could have done a better job ourselves, saved money AND got our deposit back.
We initially left a nice review as we wanted to support small business, but only had very limited time to check the clean on the day as we were moving cities and so we missed some things. When we contacted their customer service team to point out the basic errors, they admitted them but seemed to think this was fine and didn’t feel it was the right thing to do to offer us any compensation.
Don’t take the risk!
