This company deals with your issues in a professional and competent manner. Quick wait time and rapid solution. Their automated system handles most issues however their human backup is a great additional resource.

Giving three stars because the overall experience has been good for the most part. I just see it as a very expensive option that still is lacking a lot of what sports fans expect from a service known for its sports content.

I've been a subscriber for a while and I understand the challenges in maintaining channel lineups in a highly competitive streaming environment. Losing the NBC Universal channels late last year was disappointing and Fubo did give a monthly account credit to allow subscribers to offset the cost of a Peacock streaming cost. Now, I see the NBC Universal lineup is back but I'm reading that the cost to subscribers is going to be more than the initial credit given when those channels were lost. On top of that, for the streaming service that is dubbed the best for sports there is still no access to TBS, TNT, and TruTV, which carry a significant number of NCAA, MLB, NBA, and NHL games. There is no other way to get those channels without a competitive streaming service. I may need to consider other options as its getting very expensive and still lacks a lot of what if expect for that cost.

They are a very stand-up company behind the product. I was very pleased with the results I got from them.

I don't know how many times I will keep buying items from BestBuy and trying to activate my "included" FREE 30 day trial... They never send me the email promised. I click on the Activate Button Anyway. It takes me to a page for "BestBuy Customers" to receive 30 days - after (if you don't cancel in time) charge to your credit card for $89.98. That's it. Just be aware in advance the navigation and effort involved for the 30days.

They lead the way in customer service. Not hiding their number, everyone is always very helpful. Screw NBC! Only thing I have the peacock app for, is the MX/SX races. I would like to stay on the pay plan i have. Thanks!!

I am in Italy, and wanted to watch World Cup Matches. Fubo told me on one of the online sites that if I bought a subscription they would show mw the matches. I bought the subscription and when I tried to turn on a game was told that subscription was not good in Italy. But if I was in the US why would I pay for a subscription when I can watch the games on Fox? False pretenses to get people to subscribe.

The five stars is for Jake the fixer. Your AutoBot answering service gets one star. Ai customer service only made me cranky. A robot is NO substitute for a real live person.

predatory free trial strategy that makes it difficult to cancel subscriptions.

The agent was professional, knowledgeable and current. I just don't feel my concern was addressed with a reasonable solution. The agent was fine, the policy is frustrating and worrisome.

They are liars. They trick you saying the first month is $48 then bill you for hidden fees, that they say is in the fine print. This is absolutely a rip off.

I was trying to cancel my subscription before being charged, due to not having enough in my account. It showed cancelled online, but my roku app still had access. I was very worried about it amd I got Jake who helped assure me, not only that it was cancelled, but he says he removed my card on file, and sent me an email confirming the cancelation, very promptly and efficiently. He calmed my worry and turned my frown upside-down 😄. That is 5 star customer service in my book.

The live agent quickly cancelled my FUBO/ESPN FREE TRIAL and emailed me a confirmation email. Because I wasn't able to access my free trial of ESPN on my PC, SMART TV or CELL PHONE.

I paid $55.99 for Sport & News package- knowing I could watch international soccer during this World Cup 2026 and friendly international games. Unfortunately, Argentina vs Honduras are playing now, but they decided that this games is not included in my package. So, they decide at the end which games you will be able to stream and which ones not. I called Customer Service, and -15 minutes later- when I could finally speak with a human being- the fubo agent explained that he was very sorry, but that game was in the Latino package. Also, the Latino package would not be able to show all the World Cup games either This is what can EASILY be seen as a HUGE SCAM. Be careful people in what you are getting into with Fubo. 😡

Absolutely no way to cancel subscription. 75 dollars a month, and I’ve never used it

Helpful response from FUBO. I’m still not sure I’m cancelled, but they seem to trying to be helpful. Added 2 stars as I wait for next billing period.

I have not used my credit card for months that I used to purchase a subscription from Fubo, minutes after I purchased my subscription my card was stolen and used. I have taken care of it with my credit card company but when I spoke with the customer service manager on the phone he advised this was not possible and that my card information is secure with Fubo. He did not promise to refer it to be investigated so overall I do not believe my information is safe with Fubo or that concerns are taken seriously.

It keeps going off. Then it comes up on a screen telling me to type in a code. Tonight, it took me 20 minutes to get back into FUBO. It is getting worse. It’s over 100 per month and we are going to switch.
