Terrible customer sevice. I accidentally ordered a pay per view game. I called to cancel it, however I was told that it could not be done although the game is this Sunday. Terrible!

Makes it very difficult to cancel with "glitches" when trying to complete the steps and very overpriced. Most things are locked anyway for almost 100 a month if you forget to cancel free trial.
FUBO ? More like FUBAR

Fubo charged me during my free trial and i was notified that i would be notified before trial ends. Pretty much stealing money! People don't go for it.

Absolute ripoff! I have cancelled the free trial over the phone with this company several time and they keep billing my credit card. This is total scam.

I was hoping to get international rugby games. The agent was prompt and helpful. Unfortunately; no rugby available now and no indication this will change.

I tried the free trial so I could watch the Indy 500 and check out Fubo’s content. I have been trying to watch County Rescue & it is so frustrating! I will be in the middle of an episode when all of the sudden it goes to the Home Screen, most of the time it does this near the end of the show. So I relaunch it only to find it starts the episode over, not where it left off, & I cannot fast forward it. This is dumb and a waste of my time. I will be canceling the free trial because I am not going to pay for something that I can’t watch & can’t fast forward back to where it left off.

Very delayed on live games. Football game was running a few minutes later , so the game I was waiting to watch was behind. That wasn’t the problem the problem was after the football game ended they did 2 minutes in commercials and then went to the live games 9 minutes into it.
Also got rid of premier league one of the biggest reasons I got it. Peacock outshines this app

Genuinely SURPRISED by how helpful and quick the staff has been. Never been harassed for trying to cancel a subscription, always super honest and quick with their help. Genuinely looking forward to getting fubo again soon.

Everything was good and the platform is fantastic,I hope the don’t put up the prize next year when I come back.The only note before it was the chance to choose Football serie a but now the add too manny pocket I don’t need and the price is higher,Please consider this for the next season.Ty

Insanely expensive. At those rates you are better off just paying for cable.

Did a 5 day free trial to see channels and how much we would use it. Went to cancel on the 5th day and was charged $74 anyways!! Tried contacting them and just got automated BS responses saying they can't do anything despite me canceling BEFORE the free trial was supposed to end!! Definitely will never be using fubo ever again, beware of any "free trials" from this streaming service, theyre a joke. Also while watching a hockey game quality was extremely poor and fuzzy on and off through the whole game. TOTALLY not worth the money they charge.

I’d say Fubo has the best customer service of all the streaming services I’ve come across. Whether it’s your error or theirs, they’re very understanding and fix the issue. The most comparable service (DAZN) gave me such headaches in the past I’ve sworn off watching anything through them, but Fubo’s customer service alone wins it for me. If Fubo could get their hands on Champions League in Canada that would complete it for me (as someone that mainly watches premier league and champions league).

Once again Fubo says they don’t control ads. Wrong. Next time the Spanish ads come on, pause for about 10 seconds, then play. You will now view the American ads aired by the network instead of the Spanish ads by Fubo.

Absolutely the worst connectivity of any app I subscribe to. These clowns have cornered the market on sports and don't give two shits about the delivery of service. If I could see the games I want on local TV I'd drop this overpriced shit app in a split second.

If i could give it a 0 i would. I signed up to watch hockey since it was blacked out on regular tv. FUBO told me its available with them the games i need. Low and behold it isnt available like i thought and it was blacked out so i canceled it within 5 mins of getting it. Told me to enjoy my 10 days free still but i checked my acct today and it charged me the last 2 mths. Talked to a rep and they wont do anything bc they said sometimes when you sign up and cancel the same day the system doesnt catch it. So basically the company is admitting to fraud and wont refund my money. Dont subscripe!!!!!!!!

I needed to cancel my subscription because I am cutting back on expenses. I enjoyed the service while I used it

I erroneously subscribed thinking that Fubo streamed La liga matches but after realizing this isn’t the case I reached out to customer care and they were considerate enough to reimburse me

The virtual assistant was as helpful as it could be but Jannine had it resolved in just a couple of minutes. She was great

For one I can’t watch over half the NBA playoffs. If you like off the wall sports you’ll love Fubo. They play the exact same shows over and over. For example they only play the first season and a half of the Beverly Hillbillies over and over and over again and again. Same with their old movies, same ones over and over. They do have my favorite teams tho but you pay for em on top of the subscription. The best thing is it’s month to month. It’s also over a hundred bucks. No TBS No TNT Not any NBC channels. Losing those I think like 12 bucks was taken off my tab. Very disappointed but I’m paying for 2 others also so it’s not all up to me. My date of experience is 3 years.

I cannot figure out how to watch the Phillies on FUBO most of the time. When I actually get a game, I’m not sure how I even got it. I have two homes in South Jersey and one in South Texas, which further complicates in market and out of market services. FUBO technical Support has varied from incomprehensible to generally confusing. On top of that, it seems like every time I turn around. They have eliminated another channel that I typically watch. Where can I get a live, American, speaking human being who can help me out on this?
