Apartment was in perfect condition and fully equipped with everything

There is a detail in the bedroom floor right next to the window, and a strange smell inside of the apartment

Very comfortable stay for 8 months. Had all the household items we needed.
Staff was wonderful!

Doormen are somewhat friendly, but indifferent. Then again, we are not full time residents.

The water flows slowly down the drain in the tub.

The apartment is bright and modern, well equipped. Centrally located for my needs. The lobby area is clean, nicely decorated and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Everything was smooth on check-in; they verified our identity and gave us the keys. Prior to check-in, it was a little unclear whether someone would be there late, but a quick e-mail resolved this. The spare blanket was missing and we were having guests arrive on the weekend when the office is closed. They responded anyway to tell us they wouldn't be able to get is a blanket, but they did come by first thing Monday to drop one off.

We love our space. It is spotless and beautifully appointed. From start to finish our experience has been excellent. We are staying for at least another month.

Friendly and very accommodating staff. Very quick to resolve any issues. Smooth checkin and checkout. Will absolutely miss everyone!!

The studio was beautiful and practical for the stay, great location, good appliances and furniture, comfortable bed etc.

However, there were few issues that made my stay less enjoyable:
- The hall and staircase of the building were very dirty, I don't think they cleaned it once in 2 months I've been there
- The maintenance of the studio should be improved. Few examples: there was one tile in the bathroom that was completely detached from the floor and was just left there. Also, one of the blinds was broken and they never replaced it although I notified them multiple times.
- The card to use the washing machine and dryer was expired so I couldn't do the laundry. The customer service sent me a "new" card which was also expired.

Overall, the experience was good, but could be much better with a more attentive customer service.

My second time with FQ.
The location of this apartment was very good, right above Times Square and below Central Park. The specific unit a bit loud on windy days being at the 32nd and highest floor, with something above being blown by the wind.
The apartment itself had all promised amenities.

In the building:
Small gym.
No access to the rooftop during winter months even on warm sunny days.
What made the experience unpleasant was the doormen and the way FQ managed the experience with the matter:
On my second day, on my way back to the apartment, I get stopped by a doorman who wants to know who I am. Understandable: I introduce myself, show him my ID, my key to my apartment (where I checked in the day before through a colleague of his, and where I have all my things for a month stay), and after he checks his computer, he tells me "YOU ARE NOT IN THE SYSTEM". I suggest he double checks with his colleague who checked me in the day before, but he insists that I am not in the system and I should leave the building (where does he want me to go?!), or else he is going to CALL THE COPS ON ME, and he says that loudly making me feel like an intruder in that building. Quite embarassing as there are other people in the lobby. At that point I invite him to call the police and I proceed to my (paid for) apartment. Half an hour later I go back to the lobby to show him my lease contract, and he says he doesn't need to look at it because "he checked already". No apologies offered.

I shared my experience with FQ right away, and even though they promise to "make it right" for me, the whole month goes by without any intervention. I asked to be possibly moved to a different building since a couple of doormen also kept an attitude even though I tried to greet them on my way out and back in the building.
The whole way this was managed has made me feel played by FQ who never showed to want to improve my experience with them, even though when asked they'd say they were going to get into a meeting, come with a decision, going to let me know...NOTHING.

The Furnished Quarters team always responded very efficiently to my queries. They rapidly found me an apartment that suited my needs in available price range. They connected me to maintenance right away for small repairs that needed to be done to the unit.

Moving into my FQ apartment was crucial to me. I had been in a terrible short term rental for a month - leaving two weeks early - and you saved my mental health and emotional well being. I will never be able to thank you enough and rave about you to everyone.

Very nice and welcoming staff as well as tidy and extremely well equipped apartments.

The apartment was as promised comfortable with all needs met. It met our needs of staying the city without paying for a hotel for 3 times the price. It is really well located near the train and restaurants . Not far from Central Park as well.
