My experience with Furnished Quarters was nothing short of perfect. The move-in process was seamless, and they selected the ideal unit for my NYC stay. Their team was always responsive and helpful, promptly answering any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Company was very responsive to issues that inevitably came up with the property, including slow internet, head issues, leaks, etc.

Medical travelers beware — completely unprofessional and deeply disappointing experience.

As a professional couple in healthcare, we’ve stayed in many short-term rentals across the country. Our experience with Furnished Quarters was by far the most exhausting, unprofessional, and stressful.

We paid $7,200/month for what was promised as a clean, fully functional unit. Instead, we walked into a space that reeked of cigarette smoke, had ongoing AC leaks, trash left in hallways, and laundry machines with gouged pricing. We brought up each of these issues respectfully and in writing, hoping for resolution. But what we got was silence, dismissal, and unaddressed concerns. We even had to buy our own air purifier just to cope.

To make matters worse, when our work contract ended, we provided proper 30-day notice to vacate—clearly outlined in our lease. Yet they attempted to gaslight us, ignored our emails, and tried to hold us financially responsible beyond our legal obligation. We followed every procedure, and they still acted like we were in the wrong.

we will never book with them again. The lack of respect, accountability, and professionalism is staggering — especially for the price point.

If you’re a traveling professional who values clarity, responsiveness, and a livable space — look elsewhere. This company does not care about its tenants beyond the rent check.

Our apt was not as advertised. The bedroom had a missing blind which let light pour in during the day and had no privacy at night. It too several weeks before a temporary shade was put in.

Would expect a cleaning lady or just the staff to providence trash bags. Otherwise, the building is also clean and safe.

Very big size, neat and clean beautiful apartment with all items which you need for your day to day life.

Honestly, I am not sure whether Furnished Quarters are to be blamed or the building staff they collaborate with. Nonetheless, my stay was not satisfactory. The unit's amenities are old, noisy, and do not function properly all the time. Considering the amount paid for this service, I believe they fall short.

The apartment was in great condition and located in a wonderful part of town.
We found the doorman particularly helpful.

The apartment was neat & clean and well-stocked but the decor was a bit off ( brown & beige furniture with a purple wall and mirrored pieces over the couch that were hideous and had sharp dangerous corners at head level)
FQ guest services were very helpful, but building management was difficult to deal with when necessary although the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry facility was awful- machines were broken frequently and it was often dirty and poorly maintained.

The only inconvenience was have one parking lot. The experience was nice and we feel at home.

Response and communication from the team was great. Only thing I have to complain is the big covers for the bed pillows smelled bad.

From booking to staying to extending and departing was simple straight forward and hasselfree.

We had a great experience with FQ for a 2 month stay in Boston. Very responsive and easy to deal with. No BS, just straightforward and trustworthy. Would be happy to use their services again.

We needed a short term rental in Boston while my husband was in the hospital, and Furnished Quarters was fantastic. Great apartment, allowed us to extend as my husband was in the hospital longer than expected. Fantastic concierge crew, excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

There was always something broken. Furniture needs change. Heating made noise. There was constant construction while there.
