Very nice and welcoming staff as well as tidy and extremely well equipped apartments.

The apartment was as promised comfortable with all needs met. It met our needs of staying the city without paying for a hotel for 3 times the price. It is really well located near the train and restaurants . Not far from Central Park as well.

Overall this experience so far is a 2. While the apartment is thankfully clean, the hallway, stairs, and front entrance are filthy!! Not sure they are ever cleaned. Awful- especially for the high rent! Friendly staff who then don’t get much done and there is miscommunication. We are still waiting on a heater that works. They did bring the missing items (hair dryer and kettle) in a day or so.

After a terrible experience with one of Furnished Quarters' competitors, it was a relief to work with FQ. Emails were answered promptly. The property we rented was clean and as described and generally of good quality (even if the kitchen could have been outfitted a bit more fully - although we probably cook more than most folks do). There were no hidden fees, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Would definitely use them again if we need another short-term, furnished rental.

The building was really really nice the location couldn't have been better. The apartment staff was wonderful even though we were tenants from another planet lol. And the service from Furnished Quarters was always quick and responsive. (The only issue was when the toilet backed up and they couldn't get somebody up there right away but it turns out that at least the plunger worked with a lot a lot of effort it went away :-).

I like the overall layout and appliances. It's not to loud.
The thing that I really don't like is bed that is uneven, probably to old. Needs to be replaced.
And there are from time to time big roaches that I don't have idea where they are coming from cus everything is closed. Also I am very clean person so I doubt they come to feed on me and my leftovers.
Bumps on the roads and in garage are to big and annoying.

How can I get new bed, I mean mattress? That is really a thing that would be useful cus I am a bad sleeper and feel all this ups and downs on the mattress

Furnished Headquarters was very communicative and transparent.

The apartment building had elevated amenities and the unit was well equipped with essentials and nicely decorated for a homey experience during my stay.

I was always alerted with ample notice for scheduled housekeeping, inspections, and move in/out instructions.

Top notch!!

Booking on line was very easy and the help pushing the application through was very helpful. The location is great for my wife and I. The concierge at the via was very helpful and welcoming. We needed to vacuum the carpet. The walls and sofa are becoming a little dirty and scratched. The accessories are a nice touch. Bed and furniture are very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked so we can cook and make some meals. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly; the room was clean and neat. I loved the apron in the kitchen.

Bathrooms are not modernised. Taps do not function well, especially the bath/ shower taps. No safety bars for older guests. Kitchen sink drains slowly. Overall plumbing is poor.
Pros: good space in the apartments. Building is in a good location.

This apartment is excellent. It was spotless when we moved in. Excellent light and views from corner windows. It’s quite pricey, but the supply of nice places on the upper west side is very limited so supply/demand economics prevail.
Gripes and suggestions:
1. The bulky pillows on the beds look luxurious, but they are super-uncomfortable and interfered with sleep. I had to buy my own pillows.
2. Get a salad spinner

The location is excellent, the instructions are clear, entering the apartment is easy and organized, the cleanliness is excellent, and finally the arrangements inside the apartment are wonderfully coordinated.

Conveniently located 3 blocks from Central Park. Many food stores to choose from. The apartment is dark, but not much can be done about this. Overall, clean, well equipped with kitchen items and very livable.

I moved in a week and a half ago. I put in my first ticket the first day I had arrived. I have had to email several times. One of the blackout blinds is missing in the bedroom. They finally said someone was coming a week later...to measure. They didn't tell me it was to only measure. I waited a day and have heard nothing. I emailed and again heard nothing. I've been here a week and a half and still waiting to get some proper sleep.

The location is perfect for my needs. It's very close to Parsons, and several grocery stores are nearby. The unit is in a very nice, safe area. Also close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. The unit is how it's described, functional, basic and clean. Some minor touches could have made it better like the following:
- extra comforter and blanket
-kitchen counter top light is not working
-outside window is dirty
-Toilet flusher is hard to flush
-The water in the shower is not strong
other than that, the unit is perfect.

During the time I was living there I felt very comfortable, I had everything at hand. It is a very beautiful and paceful place. The FQ team was attentive and the amenities are excelent, I really enjoyed the gym and the pool

Accommodations were great. Very comfortable. But, the air conditioner was VERY LOUD.

The service from start to finish excellent. Advice and knowledge of everyone I have dealt with in the process has been fantastic.
