The guys at front desk are fantastic! I've been staying here for the past 4 years. The building is not as clean as it used to be....and the furniture in the apartment is old & uncomfortable. I love the neighborhood.

Apartment was as photographed, and our stay was terrific. The rooms were nicely sized for a city, and the location was PERFECT for our Boston mission. The bed was comfortable and there was a fantastic roof garden open to all tenants - who were friendly. Loved that the laundry was on the 'penthouse' top floor! My one comment (not a complaint) is that while the kitchen was outfitted with all the basics, there was nothing extra in terms of equipment. Could have used measuring cups for rice, etc. and a few other items. Was not a big deal, but seemed like a non-cook did the shopping list for the kitchen. Would go back.

It was great except that the water was not hot at all and thst should be fixed but overall amazing experience

Fast customer service but the APT condition needs improvement

The apartment was great for our two-month stay. We found it clean and ready. Good linens. AC was working well. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped for home cooking. Nice building and location. Customer service was prompt responding and fulfilling requests. I will definitely use this service again, should the need arise.

Nice room and good service

I won't recomend Furnished quarters. During my time in apartment I faced several issues. It was difcult to handle and it took more than a month to solve most of them.
Main problem is you call/write a call center, and they take the issue one by one, without consolidate or tranfer the information, which will help you to answer all of them and not ask and re ask on the progress.

Apartment generally nice in a nice area. A/C broke while there, kitchen and bath windows both broken, laundry card provided but no mention of laundry room in basement of building

Tessa Tyrrell who helped us to secure this apartment for a month' stay. Due to our first time visit to New York and need to find an apartment nearby The New School for my daughter's summer course there, she helps us make a good choice: convenient to school within a few minutes, safe and clean environment, with cosy, neat & tidy home.

She also gives us very precise information of how we can receive our Amazaon orders, where to buy daily grocery from nearby shops and etc ...

* one thing like to raise out - the bed mattress really too too soft or time to change for a new one.

While the location was great and the apartment very nice there were a couple things I had issues with. I could never get package notifications. It was a mess if i had amazon deliver to the apartment. The bed was very cheap and not comfortable. Lastly, someone was entering the apartment on multiple occasions without my knowledge. Never left a note that they were in there. Ive never signed a lease in all my travels where someone was allowed to enter the property at will.

The appartment was very nice, I had everything I needed, at it was clean.
However, I was sceptic about furnished quarters that did not welcome me to give me any information, and I have contacted them for an enquiry and never receive any answer. The 416 Kent concierge did best to help me, but some information they did not have as it was directly with Furnished quarters.

But overall I loved my stay at 416 kent avenue.

Comfortable, with good facilities. We got good use from the gym. Excellent customer service, Parking and the actual monthly rental is a little high in my opinion.

Apartment was as depicted in photos. New, modern appointments. Incredibly clean. Great building with very helpful staff at the front desk.

We paid about [top rate] for a 2 bed 2 bath on the UES. Having been long term residents of the neighborhood before moving out - we knew this was expensive (as a monthly rental), but believed could make sense compared to a hotel.
On the positive: the apartments themselves are clean and newly furnished. There are every amenity you need to stay.
However: 1. The buildings are really old. The lobby is dirty and the laundry room is in a dark, dirty basement with scary steep stairs. 2. The internet is really unreliable - which was a major issue for us - given I was working and there is no other way for the kids to watch TV. I had to go spend other money on top (and a lot of my own time) to get a mobile internet modem.

Just wonderful. The apartment is located in the heart of Manhattan. Close to everything, Broadway shows, restaurants, attractions, subway, etc.

Our apartment was above and beyond what we expected. I have rented furnished units in NY in the past and photos did not match the unit we received. We were shocked that the photos online represented the unit exactly. The furnishings were well-appointed and the unit was incredibly clean, spacious, and modern. The office was extremely easy to work with.

The whole process starting from the rental till the extension that I needed was really smooth. The accommodation arrangements were great. Thank you for the help.
