The location was great. The vue from the flat was great.
Kitchen utensils need improving. Wooden Floor old and in places stained.
One Hair dryer was not working. One tv remote had a battery missing. Air condition control in one of the rooms needed battery replacement.

It was easy to book. But the apartment was below in quality to what we were expecting. The noise was unbearable from the streets - we had to wear earplugs every night. The apartment was tired, and a lot smaller than expecting. The outside stairwell was very unclean and dirty.

Location was great, apartment was in great condition, building employees were very nice.
Only thing that bothered us was that the couch was very uncomfortable, even unusable.

Highly recommend, felt at home. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The bed sheets could be of higher quality/softer with a variety of pillow types. LOVED the roof terrace. I really enjoyed my experience at FQ, thanks for your hospitality, I would not hesitate to use you again and will recommend you to others.

The furnished apartment was so much better than living in a motel. Location was in a quiet apartment complex close to shopping and eateries. The washer and dryer was awesome, no trips back and forth to a laundry mat. Kitchen was useful for preparing home cooked meals when tired of eating out. Was a very comfortable stay.

There were some issues at the apartment but all were addressed promptly.

Apartment was fine. Building is a bit dated.

One doorman in particular, Rome, was terrific. But I think he is of the bui, not FQ.

Perfect location with Path station (connecting NY and NJ) at the front door. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Grocery store and Whole Food Market within 1 block perfect for longer stays. Wallgreens and STarbucks next door. Lively and safe neighborhood. Excelent customer service.

The experience was great due to Michelle attentiveness and willingness to help with any inquiry you had. Also, Michael, the happiest person I know and always brought a smile when you encounter him each evening. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The only thing I had an issue with is the noise level from the street. Unbelievable the noise even at the 17th Floor.

Great location and steps from pretty much anything you need in midtown. Definitely would recommend FQ to anyone needing short to medium term accommodations.

I forgot the Keys inside at 23:30 a d nobody came to open the Door unltil 7:30 am.
I spent the night in the reception. And i sent 2 mails And calles seversl times.
Not happy about that.

The staff that supported the contracting and move in were just great adapting to significant changes due to unexpected circumstances

We had a wonderful time in NYC and we’re extremely pleased with our FQ apartment. We like the building, the location, the staff, the furnishings, and the responsiveness of the company. This was my 3rd stay with FQ at 777 6th Ave and we will be back. I would give 5 stars but we were not thrilled with the mattress, the pillows or the water pressure in the shower.

Easy access, great clean facilities, fully equipped. Easy move-in / move-out process.

I stayed at Furnished Quarters Grove Pointe in Jersey City from 08/18/2024 to 09/02/2024. My overall impression was that the facility was old and in a state of disrepair.
Maintenance is slow to respond to complaints but even worse is that one is left with the feeling that management is insensitive to customer’s welfare.
Among other things, the lining of the bath in the apartment (1412); was peeling off a lot and leaving white flakes everywhere which made it impossible to have a proper bath. This certainly seemed hazardous and a nuisance.

Stay was excellent. Property and staff were wonderful. The apt needed painting. Outlets were loose, bedroom needed blackout shades. We purchased paper ones. We will def stay again. Dog park was very cute. We used parking across the street that was fine.

We spent two weeks in Furnished Quarters Jersey City. Our first room had a bad smell, and we were moved after a day. In the second room, the smoke detector alarm went off the evening of the 23rd August, and continued every hour or two until early the next morning. It was impossible to sleep. The staff on duty could not help. We had to leave the apartment early the next morning and the problem was fixed at 4 in the afternoon. We thought we should be refunded for at least the time the apartment was uninhabitable, but Furnished Quarters has refused.

Super apartment. Beautifully appointed and maintained. Great location. Looking forward to working with FQ again and again
