Oakland corner sofa
I recently purchased an Oakland corner sofa, prior to the purchase I wanted to see it in person. I asked the question via email and the were more than happy to oblige. I went to the the warehouse and the built up it right in front of me. Now that’s customer service . The delivery guys came on time with a courtesy call 30 mins prior and were brilliant. 5 star service from everyone.

Excellent company and goods
We are so impressed with our Linden 2 x 3 seater electric recliner. They are so well made and comfortable but supportive at the same time.
The company are so helpful and approachable. I intend referring this family run company to others plus using them again for our personal use. Delivery men were careful and polite.

Stylish, good customer service, speedy delivery!
We were looking for a stylish sofa without having to spend too much or wait too long! I had a few questions and a request about the sofa legs, all queries were dealt with promptly and James was so helpful. The delivery was 7 working days later and the delivery men were friendly and rang 30 mins before.
The sofa looks lovely, have only had it a week but looks great and just like the photo. As another review has said its more firm than soft but imagine from the cushion filling texture it'll soften in time. This sofa is for a kitchen snug and feels it's ideal for light use. Would 100% use the company again for furniture that needs to be stylish with a speedy delivery time. Many thanks!

This couch is very firm to sit on
I received my couch within a few days. Very surprised and happy how fast delivery was. Delivery guys was so polite and helpful. Also very careful with my furniture. My couch is beautiful im so pleased. Id say the seating is medium to firm. More firm to be honest. Overall. Very pleased and no complaints.

After disappointment with the inability to deliver to the Isle of Wight, I found a solution. Furnishings for less delivered the sofa to Southampton in a timely and professional manner. I was informed throughout the process.

Ordered a beige footstool and received a gold one which didn't match my decor. Got intouch and the lady on the phone was so helpful and organised pick up to return, it was picked up only a few days later. The customer service is excellent just waiting for my refund now

Absolutely amazing from order to delivery . Sofa arrived within a week . Unfortunately there was some slight damage to the chaise , spoke with James who very professional and quickly offered to exchange the sofa , I chose another option and incurred NO additional admin or delivery charges . Arrived for exchange within a week . Delivery drivers friendly and helpful . Excellent all around ,very happy customer, would highly recommend 😀

Brilliant experience, nothing was too much trouble for Furnishingsforless e.g. I made an error in measuring up and they were more than happy to arrange an amendment to our order. Delivery was prompt and arrived as scheduled, the delivery guys couldn't have been more helpful. I can't recommend Furnishingforless highly enough.
